The 60 m² apartment features a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, two smart TVs with streaming services, a washing machine, and a dryer. Underfloor heating is installed in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and entrance, and there's a fireplace in the living room. A baby cot and toys are available. Relax in your private outdoor area with a garden and covered terrace. The apartment is right on cycling and hiking trails in the Taunus and towards Wiesbaden. The Haubental restaurant is a 2-minute walk away, and the historic town of Idstein is 6 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. Free street parking is available. Up to 3 pets are welcome at no extra charge; two orthopedic dog beds (sizes L and XXL) with faux leather covers are provided. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the property, as parts of the house and garden equipment are made of wood. Strict no-smoking policy applies throughout. Private parties are not allowed. The interior and garden are step-free; there are 5 steps at the entrance to the courtyard. The house was fully renovated in 2022 with eco-friendly cellulose insulation, triple-glazed soundproof windows, and sustainably generated electricity and hot water.
