Finca La Gaviota is a complex of apartments and bungalows that offers 5000m² of tranquility, it is an ideal place for lovers of disconnection. Since our location is near the sea, the temperature is warm almost all year round. The newly renovated Maxi Apartment has capacity for 4 people, it offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two single beds without a window. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a comfortable living room with a chaise longue sofa and a plasma TV with a variety of channels. Right in front of the apartment you will find the apartment's private terrace with barbecue and access to the shared pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, sumo juicer, microwave, oven, etc. It is an ideal place for tranquility and disconnection.

Teleurstellend
Wij vonden het verblijf erg tegenvallen.
Het appartement was donker, geen tot nauwelijks daglicht in de keuken en kinderslaapkamer.
Het rook er muf.
De badkamer ontlucht in de woonkamer.
De handdoeken maakten een versleten en bij elkaar geraapte indruk.
De tuintafel en het tafelkleed waren verweerd.
Het slaapkamerraam kwam uit op het balkon van de buren.
De weg naar het verblijf toe was erg steil en niet prettig toegankelijk.
Het zwembad is klein en onaantrekkelijk.

Enjoy the rural zone in a comfortable house
We, a small family, enjoyed Roberto's house very much for the weekend. It is in the middle of a rural zone which means that nature is all around you. Luckily the place is near the coast which means that temperatures are good and mild in comparison to the cold mountains. The apartment has everything you need. It's comfortable, clean and spacious. Together with the pool, garden and great views, I would say it is a great place to spend your holiday. Thanks Roberto!
