Stayed at Ibiza Rocks last month, the hotel was well equipped for everything we needed, super cool vibrant rooms, a super market just outside the doors. The events that this hotel puts on are great. Our host, Adam, was absolutely fantastic, he has a great knowledge of the area, he knew everything from where the best food is, to where beautiful views are and always went out his way to help where he could. Great stuff, would stay again.
Had a lovely time in Ibiza, the hotel gave me good vibes, made loads of mates around both the pools and the Craig David party was wicked! You have to find your own way to the room when you arrive and also the cleaner only came once whilst we was asleep on our last day, she seemed to go to everyone else's room but not ours? Never tried the food apart from the pizza which was a bit dry but they do lovely pina coladas. I do deffo recommend if you're looking to just party and not expecting anything fancy. Rooms are very basic and you have to pay for any extras (safe, air con, tv)
This hotel is definatly a fab place to stay of your intention is to party , no issues as it has plenty going on and always some great music playing through out the day Did not really eat here so can't comment , however drinks were reasonable in comparison to other places Rooms were nor overly clean however nothing to really kick a fuss about Overall for what you pay it's good quality not 5 star luxury but ideal for partying and somewhere comfy to lay your head after a drink or two
First time staying in Ibiza, thought I try the world famous Ibiza Rocks hotel. Upon arrival, Danielle the hotel rep couldn't have been more helpful. She directed us to our room and was incredibly informative regarding the island and what it had to offer. Being the first time I've been to the island the clubs were a must. Danielle took the time to listen to my interests and gave me club choices for every night, telling me the best events as well as where I was able to grab tickets from. Including the Ibiza rocks pool party! Which was amazing! (Included in our package she pointed out) Would definitely recommend the hotel and fantastic staff. Matt and Adam were also a credit to rocks spot on with their sunset times and best bars to visit! Thanks rocks!
The staff here were so rude!! The blonde women with curly hair working on reception was one of the rudest women I have met! Don't work in hospitality if you don't like people!! For the price I paid I expected better service!! I wouldn't stay here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. On a positive though, it was clean!
Stayed here as three girls, 27, at the beginning of September. Friends warned us we wouldn't be able to sleep! We had a room directly behind the stage facing the large pool and yes there was music in the day, but not too loud that earplugs couldn't suffice if you wanted a nap! However on non-event days, the music stopped before it even got dark! Even on event days, the music was done by 10.30pm. We had paid for a Rocks Room but to be honest it was a bit rubbish, only three hangers in the wardrobe, some broken drawers and air con that poured water all over the floor when it fancied it. Good vibe round the pool although there were far more men (young boys lol) than girls staying there. The service left a lot to be desired, the restaurant service was terrible the three times we ate at lunch - first time had raw chicken served to us, second time the wrong food and the third time it took over 90 minutes to get a pizza out! Breakfast they just bought what they felt like, my friend ordered the veggie breakfast and got a plate of meat!! VIP service upstairs at the TS5 pool party was terrible, could never find a waitress for a drink and the prices were more than Ocean Beach, despite the menu being printed out from Microsoft Publisher on a sheet of A4! If you want basic, cheap and fun in the middle of the action then Ibiza Rocks is the one but I wouldn't bother with the VIP for events - especially seeing as the drinks were twice the price that they were downstairs! The events were great and most of the staff were helpful and friendly - especially the lifeguard with his water pistol! Overall a fun stay but would probably look for somewhere a bit more upmarket next time (you can tell we're getting old!)
Stayed here for a week from 6th-13th september. The hotel is well kept and maintained. The reception is vibrant and smart. We were located in the annex area which isnt refurbished but it was actually better than we expected. The room was spacious and clean and it was cleaned every two days. We have stayed in many clubbing resorts and this was by far the best hotel so far for us. The only thing i would say is that its quite a walk from the west end strip and bus park. Food cannot be consumed around the pool area even if its purchased from the ibiza rocks shop which i thought was a bit much. We had no problems during our stay other than on the last night when some people staying in the room next to us were being noisy at 3am-5am, we were leaving at 7.30 for our flight. So i rang reception, twice i was told that the security would go and check, so on ringing a third time i spoke to a rude male receptionist who was foreign. His response was that the lads in the room were on drugs and thats not the hotels fault - now i get that 100%, i understand the hotel cannot control the behavior of its guests while not on the premises, but once back on the hotel property this then becomes the hotels problem for them to sort! I was not impressed with his attitude at all. Overall this hotel is good and i would stay here again, id recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the party vibes of ibiza.
I was really hoping this was going to be good as had it recommended to me. Me and my partner went to the pool party which featured Craig david. Event was advertised 2pm until 9pm with Craig david as main event. Last admission 8pm. We got there at 630 to find Craig david already on stage and he was off by 7. We then watched below average djs until 9. I wouldn't pay extra for VIP as view wasn't as expected. Staff where very unhelpful when we asked for directions as to where bar was and exit. Like I said was disappointed with my visit
We found hotle to far from town.food was terrible and over priced hotle is clean rooms clean, music was repetitive everyday and all day wouldn't stay again I think hotle market is more for 18 year olds looking to come to Ibiza for fun.
Hotel is very average, the staff are very slow and ask for your passports to keep which made me feel like I was staying in a prison. Sheets and towels weren't changed frequently. The food at the hotel was okay but took a long time to arrive.
