We stayed for 4 nights 6th to 10th August 3 people room 429. Its a traditional hotel with good sized rooms ,balcony and good bathroom. Air conditioning was very good. It was cleaned daily and the cleaners did a great job. Perfect location for Ibiza town, port and walk to beach, roof top pool was great to come back to, drinks reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly but we would like to say a big thank you to Eva who went above and beyond to help us! Ibiza town was a big surprise and an beautiful place to visit, lovely bars and restaurants .
We would stay here again. At first arrival, we were disappointed. But it was adjusting to Ibiza. At first we were given a lousy room by a wise guy front desk but second room was good. it's a solid 4 star. Room was clean, location very good, bed ok, shower ok, wifi ok, AC great. Nice pool. It's a good choice for Ibiza.
We stayed in this hotel for one week. Hotel is on the perfect location in quite street. Very clean, spacious rooms. They offer baby sitting service which we used and we were very satisfied. Staff is very friendly. They didn't charged us one extra bed for our 3-year old.
First of all there's no parking. The "so-called" Bellman, who was annoyed, when I told him we had luggage, told my husband to park a half a mile away because there is NO hotel parking lot. When the lobby doors opened the hotel smelled of stale old cigarettes and smoke masked by air freshener, a horrible disgusting smell. The room was just as bad, a dark ugly smelly room. We were on the first floor and when we opened the curtains to look outside (I hope I can describe this accurately), we were looking at an apartment complex similar to a "ghetto". There was living room furniture bird cages dogs tied up garbage clothes hanging on these porches that we were looking at from our hotel room. We had two rooms my children were in the other room with another adult and we left. We never stayed at this hotel. We had booked for two nights we paid for two rooms for one night and never stayed. I would never let my family stay here. I did not come transatlantic to stay in a dump!!!! We were refunded for the second night but not the first. We were so disgusted with this place we never even made it to the pool. Do not stay here! There are too many nice hotels in Ibiza. We called the Hard Rock Hotel and stayed there, on the beach, what a fabulous hotel! even though we paid thousands of dollars to change a reservation it was well worth it.
My only stayed here the one night as we were moving onto another hotel for a week the next day and fancied a night in Ibiza town first. As we pulled up in the taxi the first impressions were excellent, a man helped us with our luggage and the receptionist were extremely friendly and all spoke perfect English. Saved me having to speak my crap Spanglish. The double room was around 200 euro for the night so certainly not cheap but it was extremely clean & spacious with a huge sit out balcony. My girlfriend and I had a wander upstairs to the bar / stroke restaurant / pool area to grab a cocktail before getting ready and it was lovely up there but lacked a little atmosphere. Staff were friendly again and views were nice as your quite high up (6-7 floors) It was only a brief stay so couldn't get a real feel for the hotel but I will no doubt stay there again sometime. Very welcoming and close to Ibiza town centre 7.5/10 from me
Had a nice stay here for 4 nights last week with my new wife. The hotel itself is very nice, a little old fashioned but I think that's a good thing. The location is pretty good as well, walking distance to the old town. The rooftop pool is a highlight! Unfortunately, the parking situation was a low-light. They only have 11 parking spaces and it's a busy area nearby. I spent 45 minutes driving around looking for parking and in the end had to pay 35 euro a day in the public car park across from the hotel. I don't understand why at least they couldn't strike a deal with the car park for a reduced rate. Lesson learned, if you have a car add 35 euro per day to your budget.
I was really impressed with the hotel and facilities. The roof top pool and terrace are a great touch and perfect to catch the sun. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on food but the cocktail I had was nice. It's the perfect distance from everything and far enough out of the way that you don't get the noise. We did ask at reception and they said to get breakfast in the room fill out the card in the room and hang on the door. It was my birthday so we wanted breakfast in bed and it never turned up. After no help from reception we had to get ready and go out so wasted a whole morning waiting for nothing. We put the do not disturb sign on for our last night so that we could have a lay in before checking out at 12 and the cleaners woke us up at 8am constantly trying to get in the room over and over and over relentlessly which was disappointing. Apart from that friendly staff and would definitely say it's 4 star.
Perfect hotel. Located in almost the heart of the city. 5 minutes walking distance from shopping center and restaurants. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walking distance from free parking, or 2 minutes from pay parking. Free wifi. Pool. Excellent breakfast form 7:00 to 11:00 am. Nice rooms and bathroom plenty of amenities.
Have just stayed here for a three day break and it was wonderful. Though I was travelling solo I did book a double room as I like the space and I'm so glad I did as I got a great private terrace too. There is a lovely rooftop pool with an amazing view of the old town. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the buffet breakfast is excellent in a very nice dining room. The hotel is quite traditional but very relaxed and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is I did leave a scarf and some glasses in my room which I emailed about and they said they would check with housekeeping, but I never heard anything back.
We stayed here 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The standard is extremely high and the staff can't do enough for you or be more attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. Although the area immediately around the hotel is a little run down, it is full of character and friendly bars, our favourite was My Lord, always given tapas with our early evening drinks. The main town centre and old town are a short walk away where there are many more places to eat and drink. It is also close to the port for getting the ferry to Formentera. The roof top sun terrace was stunning with very comfortable sunbeds and pool towels provided. The best views are from the rooms at the front of the hotel as the rest face onto buildings. It is very easy and cheap to get the bus to and from the airport and only a 5 min walk from bus stop to hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting 1st class service in the town centre.
