Stayed in this hotel for a week with 15 friends, we stayed in three rooms of 4 and two rooms of 2 we were all given rooms on separate floors and the rooms of 4 were all different as the room I was in was way too small for 4 people although the other rooms were larger and had couches, the rooms do not come with fridges or anything like that you have to rent it which we didn't do. The male restaurant and bar staff were quite rude and acted like they couldn't be bothered to be serving us and when our orders were wrong they seemed to get annoyed as they could barely understand what we were saying. The pool area was the best thing about the hotel as well as where it is situated as it is a 10 min walk from the strip. In one room a socket fell out the wall and the toilet began leaching and in another the toilet light would not stop flickering, wouldn't stay here again and would advise not to stay in big groups as two of our rooms were given noise complaints even though we weren't making any noise.

Considering after reading reviews regarding this hotel , I was surprised at just how nice the hotel was after seeing it was a hostal we were slightly worried but it was just a hotel staff were friendly , rooms were kept clean , pool area was clean and nice too.

I've been to this place for 7 nights in July, I have to admit that the experience was well under my expectations. The room was very very small, without a balcony, and with such a intense and disgusting smoke smell which has been present from the first to the last of my days there. The wardrobe was inadeguate (very small) even for just one person. Importantly, i signal that the water pressure in the bathroom is very low, even in hours in which there couldn't be many others using it. The cleaning service, on a daily basis, never provided me the shower gel except for the check in. In addition, I inform you that the cleaning staff is very noisy, they like to talk out loud in the corridors, this means that you can't have an appropriate rest because around 11 they will wake you up..!this is annoying especially if you just came back from the club! By the way I admit that every day they changed my towels, this is good! The breakfast is ok even though you have to pay separately for it (add a 6 euros price for each day of your stay). The pool is very interesting, I appreciated it. The position of the hostal, with respect to the center of San Antoni, is good as well. In sum, considered that I payed almost 100 euros per night, the basic things that you wish to find in a hotel must have been better, that's why I rated you 2/5 stars.

This is a brilliant friends/parties/couple hotel. I would say it is not family friendly. But with that in mind don't be put off by the Hostel name, as this hotel is absolutely brilliant for how cheap it is!! 45 min transfer from airport. 5 mins from Westend Strip of bars, 5 mins from Cafe Mambo & about 20 mins nice easy walk to Ocean Beach Club & everything that's near there. Staff are friendly & accommodating. Hotel, restaurant & pool are all spotless. We only ate once here for breakfast & it was €6 & ok. But loads of cafés & restaurants nearby to also go to. Pool bar does nice chips, toasties etc for reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant about booking this place due to the "hostal" name, however I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find I had stayed in worse places that called themselves "hotels". The beds were comfy, the room was clean and we had a lovely little balcony to enjoy a drink on in the evening! It's in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the bus station, West End, and the beach. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and spoke really good English. I would definitely stay here again!!

Decent location, only a short walk from the strip and Ibiza Rocks Hotel. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar has reasonable priced drinks and food. The rooms are tidied daily and clean towels offered. The walls appear thin as you often hear people walking around and talking however we didn't mind as we were on a party holiday anyway. Nice comfy beds and a decent fridge freezer in the room. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The lift was a little slow howevrr there are only about four floors to the hotel anyway. We were on the third floor and it was quick to walk up and downstairs any way. I would stay here again 😊

We stayed at Florencio for 3 nights. It is perfectly situated in a quiet street, but only 5 minutes from the bay and 10 minutes from the Sunset Strip. There are plenty of "locals" type places to have a nice meal and a quiet drink nearby if you are not into visiting the clubs and madness - the location is really great. I could not fault the staff at this hotel, who were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although check out is 11AM, we were offered a secure place to store our luggage, the use of hotel towels and a shower room for the remainder of the day (as we didnt fly till 9PM) - this kind of service makes such a difference and made our final day so much easier! The pool is clean and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The only downside for me was that other hotel residents were plugging their phone into the speaker at the bar, and playing really awful music with some quite terrible language. I would recommend the hotel sticks to playing its own music to avoid any offence or annoyance caused to people (especially families) who are just trying to have a quiet day by the pool. This was really my only gripe and a very small one. Otherwise, this hotel is spot on!

Stayed at the Hostal Florencio with a large group of ladies for a birthday celebration. I was very impressed with the hotel for the price. Really good value for money. Clean and very friendly. We spent a lot of time at the pool area and found it really pleasant. The guy behind the bar was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. It's only a few minutes walk to the seafront, Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar. The restaurant was great, food was reasonably priced and very good. Will definitely go back.

A very well positioned hotel. 5-7 minutes walk to San Antonio Port where you can avail all the ferry and boat trips. There is a beach which is even closer although it's a smaller one but still definitely good one for lazing around. We had done a weekend trip and therefore stayed here only for one night. The room was very nice - clean with 3 beds. The bathroom was a bit small but we didn't have too much trouble. Total value for money. The attached restaurant is decent and priced competitively. There is a pool as well but it was closed for cleaning on the night we stayed so was not able to experience it. The staff was very friendly with the guy at the reception helping out with maps and giving us his thoughts and opinions which were excellent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. Would definitely stay again if we visit here

This hotel is cheap, but lovely (good value!). Modern with a pool / bar and restaurant and to upgrade from a standard to a premium room costs only 10 euro's a day. Wifi available and a lovely restaurant with lovely meals (not costly). Friendly helpful staff. This hotel is 5 min walk from the West End, with a spar shop close by / bus stop and the sea. No hotel car park, but enough free parking on the roads close to the hotel. I have never experienced better value and I would definitely go again!
