The whole facilities is 5* It will definitely be my first choice whenever in Ibadan as everything is as described online. They only need to correct their property address to read: ARAPAJA ESTATE not Arapaja Road which is misleading to another (2nd) area with same name. I enjoyed my stay to the full.

My Vacation

It was a home away from home. Enjoyed the Solar powered light when the PHCN was not available. The “manager”, Mr Jonathan was always ready and available to help. Micheal, the gateman was also very helpful.
