We stayed here for a couple of days as large group and must stay enjoyed an excellent hospitality from the Taj Team. This property has a nice old construction which adds to aesthetics of the property and makes your stay even memorable.

I stayed a Taj Krishna a few times before. I always admire Taj properties for their wonderful hospitality services but this GVK Managed property in Hyderabad has stringency at par. I had a comfortable stay but the attitude and behavior of the front desk staff was bit disappointing and requires rectification.

Quite an unpleasant experience. Had to call the hotel services to the room 4 times in a stay that was less than a day to fix the bedside light, the TV, the A/C and the Internet. Tacky furniture which don't seem to have been changed for ages...Not what I would expect from a Taj Property. Breakfast and food was satisfactory!

Ambience is good. Warm Welcome, Nicely decorated. A bit aged accessories but it is OK. Furniture, tables are age old one. Food was not up to the mark, everything in the restaurant was cold and nothing fresh in buffet. There were many varieties, but not fresh. Do not eat anything. Same is the break fast. The dishes looks like heated up from the previous day. Food quality to be improved.

Well maintained Property , with luxurious rooms which give royal feeling, beautiful crafted food menus and restaurants. one of the good and beautiful pool ever saw . warm staff which make your stay more memorable . Being part of banjara Hills close proximity to happening places in hyd

This is true treasure of Hyderabad ad Amazing hospitality, and the feeling you get since u check in . The ambiance is one of the best in town. Food is terrific and u get lodes and lodes variety of it .

We had booked to stay at Hotel Taj Krishna, Hyderabad from 12th February 2018 till 18th February 2018. It was an advance booking made well in time. While doing our check in the receptionist was very well aware that we were going to stay for a week. A room was allotted to us on the eighth floor. On 14th February out of the blue we got a note in the room in the evening written by Aakriti Jaiswal the Duty Manager that we should speak with her. On speaking with her I was told that we need to shift from the room as the Iranian President is going to be staying on that floor and nobody else can stay on that floor. Inspite of my telling the Duty Manager that I am ready to discuss the problem with the GM the next day she and the Front Office Manager called up the room in my absence numerous times and spoke very rudely to my sister about shifting immediately. The booking of such a high dignitary and head of a state obvious must have been made months in advance. Somebody had made a horrible error in allotting us the room on the eight floor knowing well that we were booked for a week. But the Hotel management was not ready to accept their fault and it was decided that we will like to speak with the General Manager of the hotel about the issue. I told the duty manager that I will be ready to speak with the GM in the lobby at 11am the next day.. I went to the lobby the next day at the appointed time. But the GM was not there to talk to me. I approached the reception and told them that I am waiting to speak with the GM. In the meanwhile the Front Office Manager was passing by, I told him the same thing. But the GM refused to meet me. At about 12.30 Mrs Radha the House Keeping Incharge and the Front Office Manager spoke with me and it was decided that in the next hour we can check the other room and take a decision to shift as my sister is having a shower. After this I went out of the hotel as I had some work. My sister was alone in the room. I got a call from my sister within ten minutes and was told that the hotel staff had forcibly entered the room and taken out all our belongings forcibly to some other room. One Mr Asish Pathak also threatened her that if she does not open the locker they will get it broken into. I was in for a shock and rushed back to the hotel. I was also shouted at by Mr Asish Pathak Sales Manager to immediately take out the things from the locker. I had nothing to put my things from the locker and could not carry my cash and valuables in my hand in front of so many people. The situation was really bad. We were made to feel like CRIMINALS. Mr Asish Pathak forcibly asked me to leave the floor immediately, We wanted to speak with the GM about the whole issue as we were not feeling safe in the hotel but he was not available to speak with us but was present in the hotel. On being left a massage we were told he will come to speak with us after a couple of hours. Mr K Mohanchandran is the person who came to see us after so long. He was so glum faced. He straight away started to blame us for the whole issue. He told us the booking of the Iranian President was made yesterday only. And we were at fault for not shifting. He did not try to apologise even once. Fail to understand how he can be made Director Operations by a reputed company as Taj. There was no curtsy or apology reflected on his face. On our insistence he told us that he will come back to see us by five. He did come to see us but at six of clock with Mrs Radha and Mr Asish Pathak the person who had abused us after being reminded a number of times. Mr Asish Pathak was forcibly asked to apologise. Even at this moment there was no curtsy or apology coming from the senior most person which could have settled the issue. In the evening I saw Mr Ashish Pathak sitting in the restaurant enjoying himself with somebody. He refused to even look at me even though I passed at an arm’s length to him. What an arrogant person. Surly not fit to be working for Taj. Our whole holiday was spoiled by this incidence. And has shaken us to the core. On 15th February we could not do anything. The next day we could not travel as the place where we were supposed to go was closed. We have been staying at Taj whenever we travelled. But after this incidence we will never go back to any Taj property. What a shame. But I believe that it will not make a difference to them.

Taj Krishna is a good luxury hotel in terms of amenities. The rooms are furbished tastefully and the room amenities are also good. The bathrooms are a tad bit smaller compared to Trident and other hotels, but has all the amenities. Special mention to the housekeeping staff and the club room staff. Good customer service makes you feel pampered.

Nice property to stay and located in the center of city. They served very good food for dinner and breakfast and having spacious and cleaned room. Overall very good experience and recommended for others.

Earlier this hotel was operated by the Oberoi group but later on it was taken over by the Taj group. This is a very good hotel in terms of maintenance and services and amenities provided. A stay here is a must.
