Very poor stay at Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad

Room is very small with basin beside your bed almost. Most of the foods in their limited option are not available. Bed not comfortable.

Very poor condition third grade hotel. Not at all IHG standard. Do not get fooled by the brand IHG. No help at check in, no help with luggage. Room was smelling and had bad odor. This is a below standard hotel. Shower was terrible & water would flood into the room. No ventilation, no air circulation.
