Boating and first-class bass fishing, with rental watercraft available, are minutes away at Sand Hollow Reservoir, along with ATV trails within the Sand Hollow State Park. A short 45-minute drive takes you into Zion National Park for hiking and sightseeing. For winter sports, Brian Head Ski Resort is a 1.5 hour drive to skiing and snowboarding. Casinos are less than an hour away in Mesquite, Nevada; and the glitz of the Las Vegas strip is only a 1.5 hour drive.
