The lady who checked us in (the countess) was very friendly and welcoming. Even though she was the only person working the front desk, she did not get frazzled or curt. She was great! Room was beautiful and had an amazing view!

Awesome hotel, an island of peace and calm and first class treatment in a sea of chaos at O'Hare airport. Staff, restaurant, services--worth every penny. Early departure? Stay here the night before. We did. Calmly woke up and walked to the terminal thru the underground walkways. Truly pleasant and memorable stay.

The room was very clean and hi tech. It was a little small but good for one person My only issue was there was no dresser only one large drawer under the bed to store all your clothes.
