This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home can sleep 6 with fast Wifi and has a dedicated work space. Also is in a central location with a lot of current ongoing projects, two minutes from hwy 231/431, 2 minutes from A&M university, 11 minutes from the Toyota, 25 minutes from Polaris, 4 minutes from I-565. Perfect place to house a construction project, and crew workers. Washer and dryer is included in the unit. Restaurant and shopping within minutes.
