This hotel is very close to UAH and is very nice. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and modern. There are some restaurants close by and there is one on site if needed. There is even a small bar with limited drinks available.

When I did research on finding the hotel, I looked for 4-5 star ratings and I felt that there wasn't anything that made this hotel stand out any different than if I was in a motel 6. Unfortunately, was disappointed since this was a trip to celebrate our 11th Anniversary.

Our stay was excellent. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Our daughter got married and Julia went above and beyond to make sure everyone coming from out of town had accommodations for their stay.

Spent 4 nights here on business. Rate was inline with allowed rate, room was clean, comfortable and the pillows were GREAT! WiFi was strong and steady. Only head-scratcher was the lack of included breakfast offered at other less-upscale hotels.

I stay at 30+ Hilton properties a year. A lot of these are Hampton Inn brand, so I am writing this review as a comparison against other, comparable hotels. I stayed here on night while visiting relatives in town. The room was fairly clean, except for the peanuts on the floor and the long black hair in the tub. Otherwise, it was tidy. The front desk staff when we checked in were both overworked and fairly clueless. However, they were very polite. The morning staff when I checked out were pretty much the same, polite but clueless. The restaurant for breakfast (two days) was just okay. Instead of having the normal go order yourself or pick up your own food, this Hilton Garden Inn has decided to have someone wait on you. That's fine, except they managed to foul up our orders both days (ordering a mushroom omelet with no cheese and getting a ham and cheese omelet one morning). The food, once it finally arrived, was fine. The wait staff was polite, but the woman running the place had an amazingly annoying voice, and you just couldn't get her to go away. The Internet speed was the slowest I have had in five years or more. I am a Hilton Diamond member and get free "premium" Internet. While it too was slow, it was much better than the free Internet service. Usually I don't bother with punching in all the numbers I need to for the premium service. I did here, and was still disappointed. I stayed here less than a year ago, when I gave the hotel a 4 star review. I have downgraded this to two stars. I do not plan to stay here again unless I have to.

I like the Hilton there was 4 of us 2 of them kids. We kept them busy with the pool also it was close to the Nasa space center. The food was exceptional ! If we had any problem getting anywhere they were happy to help you out.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was awesome and worth $10.90. The rooms very clean the beds are so comfortable I went to sleep in 10 minutes.,

This is a nice but standard Hilton Garden Inn which is close to the NASA Space Center. The design and accommodations are very typical of the usual Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was fine. The most standout feature of this hotel was the king size bed which was REALLY comfortable. There was a noticeable difference in sleep comfort with one king-size Garden Sleep System™ adjustable bed which comes with the rooms with king sized beds.

The hotel looks to be fairly new. My problem was with housekeeping. They emptied the garbage and restocked towels and toiletries everyday, but never cleaned the toilet or shower during my three nights. I pointed this out when I checked out and got an apology along with they are having a hard time retaining housekeeping staff. The one afternoon I got in the pool it was dirty. I love the location and with it being a new hotel it has a lot of potential but they need to get their staffing issues under control.

A very nice hotel that is in great condition and it has a great location to just about anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town. I liked it much better than the Holliday Inn in Huntsville, AL.
