I selected this hotel for my party of 6. The reason being was the location to the Perfume River and a particular restaurant I had used before. It was such a surprise, the rooms were large with good amenities and either a city or river view. The location was excellent and one could be spoilt with the choices of bars and restaurants available by just leaving the front door. A relaxing time can also be had by the pool located on the 7th floor, it has an adjoining bar for refreshments. On another part of the 7th floor is the hotel restaurant and which provided us with a more than satisfactory breakfast for the 2 nights we stayed there. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and I would certainly recommend it.

Hotel really lovely, pool was great, staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and love the grand entrance. Huge variety at breakfast also! Would definitely recommend. Some great restaurants and cafes across the road also

Good standard hotel - all basics covered and the swimming pool was very welcome relief from the intense heat . Hotel staff very pleasant and polite and willing to assist. Public areas of hotel very hot, including lobby as no air con.

Very comfortable bedroom. Did have an issue with air con but got it sorted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam. The hotel is very centrally located.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but tried the Spa, as it looked good at a first glance. We couldn't have been more wrong; there were cockroaches roaming in the showers/sauna/jacuzzi area and nobody could speak any English to understand us. We both got 60 min massage, but as opposed to what was advertised, no hot stones or specific Vietnamese/Thai techniques were used. The 2 ladies were most definitely not masseuses, because all we got was a gentle back and legs oil rub, while they kept talking to each other or on the phone. To make matters worse, in the end they explicitly asked us to tip them, so I'm not sure if the hotel even paid them for the job. All in all, it was a poor experience and it's a pity that the management is doing such a terrible job.

I stayed here for 1 night and i may say this is a very good hotel comparing with other Vietnam's hotels. The staff is very friendly, the lobby was quite big. The room was spacious and had a bathtub too. They also have a small swimming pool which is quite good if you wanna spend a couple of hours before check-in if you arrive early. The thing i appreciated the most at this hotel was the breakfast which had a variety of foods. Definitely when in Hue this would be my first choice.

The location of the hotel was very central so it is easy to walk around. The room was large and the bathroom was good. Everything was very clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and was tasty. The pool with a small bar was a bonus. It was great after a morning of tours to be able to have a dip to cool down and a drink.

I stayed here for 1 night with a friend whilst traveling north in Vietnam. The hotel is advertised as a 4* but i would argue it is more a 3* compared to some 4* hotels i have been to elsewhere in Vietnam, but this all said, the hotel still ticked all the boxes. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom and certainly did the job for our 1 night stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't really have much dealings with the staff, but all the encounters we did have, were pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was on a street which had plenty of bars and restaurants which made the evenings enjoyable. It was also walking distance to the river and the famous Hue castle/ fort which is spread across the city. This is a very interesting and enjoyable visit, although includes a hell of a lot of walking, so be prepared for that. The hotel has a small pool, strangely on the middle floors. It provides pool towels also and has a small bar, if you want a beer whilst you dip. This was an extra bonus and we enjoyed an hours swim before getting ready to experience some of the local bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was only used by us for breakfast as it was included in our tariff. It was nothing special and had the usual basic buffet type food, but it did the job for the day of travelling further north that day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and certainly be happy to stay here again if i was passing Hue.

Came as part of a tour group. Room (suite) was fantastic - very large with dressing room and balcony. Swimming pool was just right for a refreshing dip, and relaxing afternoon. Bar staff were friendly. Hotel was well located.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend as I wanted somewhere comfortable to stay in Hue. When I arrived the staff were friendly and efficient. After check-in I went to my room on the 10th floor and was impressed by how spacious and well set out it was. I also had a great view from my room. The shower looked like it needed an instruction manual to use and even though I did not use all the jets, it was a nice shower! Spacious, large comfortable bed, clean, it was ideal for my 2 night stay. I walked to the Citadel which took about 25 mins. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hue.
