Strongly Not recommended this property, very disappointing in overall. There are huge gap between what shows in the pictures versus what’s reality the house conditions are, the house is so poorly maintained that we would never want to rent it again. The owner even blocked oven with a lock and turned off gas stove in the kitchen. we were told only using outside stove to cook if needed under the heat weather condition of 90 degree almost everyday. I strongly opposed such rule and asked property manager negotiating with owner over the phone to insist using inside kitchen stove because we paid for it with entitlement as part of package. Owner finally agreed to let us using inside stove but It took another few hours to have technician come over to swap gas tank from outside for inside stove, so inconvenient and frustrated. In addition, all the utensils, cooking wares , cups/mugs etc are so cheap with extremely low quality, they are even cheaper than those ones from dollar store,unbelievable! Kitchen faucet is broken with no cold water coming out. The bath towels are all made with polyester material, the fabrics even fall off while using it. There is no hot water in second floor bath shower, kitchen trashcan is leaking etc. I can go on and on for many listing.
