My Way Hua Hin Music Hotel

I think this is one of the best value for money hotels in Hua Hin. The rooms are very nice, and I stayed in a delux poolside room complete with piano and a guitar. Free wifi in the room and all round the hotel. Breakfast was limited to a choice of American (bacon & eggs) or Thai style. Some improvements taking place in Mat till October, but this is a nice place to stay and the owners are friendly and helpful.

There isn't much Music in this hotel apart from the instruments placed in different rooms. Mine had an out of tune guitar--albeit a good one. No live music shows or bands performing in the evening by the pool; nothing of that sort which you might expect from the name. It's a bit pricey for their level of service (which sometimes borders on indifference). Front desk staff not the most helpful while the housekeeping staff were always smiling and usually ready to help. The pool is good but the gym area is really small and barely has any equipment. The beach isn't really close either. The hotel is on the other side of the main road so you have to walk to a crossing (5 mins) and then from across the road walk further (3-4 mins) to get to the beach which is relatively quieter but does not have restaurants, bars, or even umbrellas and reclining chairs. One big plus for this hotel is that it has a 7-Eleven right next door. Makes life easy.

We've been traveling for the last 40 days, been in many hotels in Thailand, most were just awesome. Unfortunately not this one 1. Don't let the photos mislead you the hotel design is OLD. 2. 400m from the beach? Yeah right.... maybe flight line! if you want to go to the beach you need to move to the other side which you can't unless you walk 10 minutes to be able to cross the road & then another 10 minutes to get to the beach. (Which is not the main center beach) 3. It's hot but they never really get the air con on. You better go to your room if you want abit of a cold air 4. We booked on for 5 days, when we came we were surprised there is no elevator to the 2nd 3rd floor , they have upgraded us to the ground floor. We asked nicely to stay only 2 days even if we need to pay for 3 days . Why? Because all what I've mentioned above They don't speak English it was hard to communicate , the only thing we got is No refunds. So yes it was nice to get upgrade to the room with no charge, but still....

room is cozy, staff are very friendly and helpfull, pool is quite clean and i like it most, near BlúePort Hua Hin Resort Mall and you can walk. At first i though the distance from hotel to the beach about 300m-400m but not, i think i have to walk more than 1km to get a bridge to cross the road

We stayed in mid May in a triple room. The room, beds and towels were very clean, although the bathroom was a bit worn. None of us could get WiFi in the room, but it wasn't a big deal because the lobby WiFi was great. The pool was really nice and very clean! The staff was friendly. The location was good since it's on the main road and only 10-20 B for the song taew trucks. It took about 10 min to walk to the beach. There were a couple of Thai food places nearby. Overall, it's a good value hotel.

This is not a place for thos who are looking for luxury and glamour but a nice and clean middel range hotel. The personal is extremly frendly, the decoration around is special and funny, the bed was fine even the AC was working well. And it was quet so I had a pleasent sleep. I did not tryed to make cooking in the kitchen but the most important equipments was there. But the best part is the pool area. The pool is exelent, the area was not crowded you could always find an empty sunbed, I preferd to stay at the pool on lazy days instead to go to the windy beach (exept the beautiful beaches around Hua Hin) But a fiew things I have to complain. First of all the swower. No tiles, the floor is poor cement and the lower part is covered with blight. Secondly is no elevator in the Jazz section further the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center so you need wheels to come around or try to catch a tok-tok or bus. I was renting a motorbike and it helps me a lot to come around.

The hotel is 10 minutes south by taxi from the centre of Hua Hin.Situated close to a busy road it offers reasonable room rates for the area. The staff are friendly and most helpful. There is splendid large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds to choose from.We selected a room in the Jazz building,it is the furthest from the road.Very quite, with a good size double bed and a separate room with kitchen, complete with a hot plate, microwave and fridge. There is a 7/11 and chemist on the doorstep of the hotel.

Check in was easy with pleasant receptionist. It was late morning and after a short wait to prepare the room,I was in my room by 12 noon. Room was spacious with 2 quite large twin beds, water was in the refrigerator and 2 large towels ready for the pool. The pool is quite a feature of the hotel being large and with very shallow and very deep ends. It should be noted that there appears to be a swimming club that uses the pool at certain times but they did not disruot the guests. Breakfast was above average with a choice ranging from coffee and cereal through to 'full English'. Check out was just as efficient with minimum fuss. The location is very convenient for Vana water park, Cicada market, Bluport shopping and the beach. Songtaew going to Hua Hin centre stops outside of hotel although coming from Hua Hin you have to get off at either Marrakesh (easier) or Ibis hotels due to concrete road divider.

Staying with my friends for 1 night. It was our first time going to the bangkok. Checkin was good and fast as well also for the checkout. The service was good (thumbs up for the service). But there is too far for walking distance to the mall center and night market. Only the 7eleven is the close one. The dissapointed is the room not provided for the tooth brush and before in the first i was e-mail to their hotel to req the good view instead, but there w no view at all from the window, and was given a WALL view so we are quite dissapointed. And we were staying for 4 people, the room is quite small but the bed is ok. The view from the pool is very nice. And the hotel don't have lift so don't choose the high floor one or you will exhausted to carry on your luggage.

What a cool hotel!!! I needed a step up from my broken back bed in Kanchanaburi and some beach time, and I came across My Way in my search. So glad I chose this hotel. This was the first time I have ever "splurged" in Thailand, at $35 a night for a suite. Heheh. I was in the jazz section, and my room was equipped with a piano and guitar. It as a suite, with a queen or king sized bed. Can't remember. The bed was comfy enough, not super comfy, but comfy for Thailand standards. The room was awesome, great bathroom and shower, clean, air con, bottled water, and the decor was great. The pool and pool area are magnificent. Someone was always out keeping the pool clean. It was huge and the perfect temperature, with a water slide, and plenty of lounge chairs. The music theme was just so cool and I loved all the paintings. The location couldn't be better, especially for the price. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk across the street, there are great street food places close by, and the Cicada Market is a 10-15 minute walk. And the market is NOT to be missed. Probably my favorite market I've been to. Live jazz band of teenage kids, incredible food vendors, great shopping, and fabulous art. It was my favorite part of my 3 days in Hua Hin. The beach was great, too. Super hotel, would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
