Excellent hotel pool villa was amazing...only downside to pricey to eat and drink there when outside bars and restaurants are much cheaper with fantastic food...big mention to the bamboo beach house 2km away..the food is the best in the area
We decided to head back to Hua Hin again for our daughter’s 2nd birthday and this time we chose to stay at Evason Hua Hin. We stayed here for 3 nights. It's hard to imagine anywhere so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful and the resort runs so smoothly, quietly and efficiently. This is not a conventional luxury resort; it has a rustic and green feel to it which is a part of the philosophy and definitely part of its charm. Every aspect of our stay, whether it’s the room or F&B offerings or the service, it was just PERFECT! The main pool is lovely - there are plenty of sun loungers and the poolside hosts don't let you lift a finger (placing your towel out for you, moving your bed, getting drinks and food, and bringing ice lollies in the afternoon). Small touches like cold towels served at every F&B outlet, complimentary meals for children under 6 shows how much focused they are in providing an unparalleled and seamless guest experience. The hosts are as professional and friendly as you would hope and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Special thanks to the team for the surprise birthday cake setup in the room!! Their resident signers were on vacation during our visit, so we will save it for our next visit. Kids loved the pool and water slide near Kids Club area and spent hours playing there and watching the turtles. Happy kids, Happy parents….perfect ingredients for a return visit!
We stayed here 4 nights and had a relaxing stay. The main highlights; - helpful staff who were attentive to our needs and accommodating - extensive breakfast buffet which is one of best in Thailand - lush gardens and grounds which create relaxing ambience - amenities like spa, and activities like archery etc In areas for improvement - some aspects of pool area are looking abit dated/ in need of general repair and maintenance.
Booked this for a 1 night stop on way down to aleenta - wished I’d stayed here tbh - vast rain forest type resort - lovely pool - good sized restaurant - buggies to get round - excellent facilities - lovely spa - standard rooms basic but just go with the rainforest feel. Service excellent - really lovely - stay for a couple of nights would be better. Only thing to be aware of is ocean view does not mean beach - when I asked I was told there used to be a beach there but now there isn’t (ocean shift I guess) so you can walk across road and look at ocean but to be clear you are not on a beach here. Still beautiful resort though.
I’m always traveling and staying in different hotels and I’ve got to say that this is up there with one of the best that I’ve stayed, in terms of customer service. The staff can’t do enough for you, the cleaning everyday was to a very high standard and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just lovely. They provide a very nice breakfast in the mornings although very very busy on the weekends and there is a choice of two restaurants for your evening meals, you can also get room service which comes quickly and they lay it all out nice for you too. Really did enjoy this hotel and hope to visit again!
The Evason Resort exceeded our expectations. Situated is very extensive grounds right on the seafront in Prak Nam. You are escorted to reception from the car park in golf buggies! The staff are extremely professional and courteous and helpful. We had the basic room which would rate as luxurious in any other hotel. Spotlessly clean. White linen. Smart bathroom. Lovely balcony. Very impressive gardens full of bird life. A massive and varied swimming pool beside the seafront. The beach road is quite quiet. We had dinner in the Coast restaurant. It was wonderful. The staff were very, very good. I’ve never seen such an impressive breakfast buffet. It was amazing. One of us forgot our notebook in the room and the hotel arranged its return to us that afternoon. Our only mistake was stating for one night. The rates are very , very good. We will definitely be back. ( the only negative note I wish to state : while at the swimming pool I noticed that three guests , one young man and two young ladies were allowed to swim in underwear ( the man ) or normal day clothes ( the ladies). I would suggest that the resort should put up notices that swimming costumes must be worn in the pool )
There is something about the aura of this property that makes your heart beat that bit more slowly & makes you breathe in the sea air that bit deeper. A very last minute decision to stay here ended up being the perfect finale to a short break away. The front office team were so welcoming, the Pool Villa immaculate and the team throughout were smiley & helpful. The Summer Citrus Mojitos at the pool bar should not be missed, The variety of food at breakfast was impressive. THANK YOU Evason Hua Hin team. We'll be going back.
Hotel is great hotel, but no have private beach.Staff is very nice. Room is beautiful big and clean. At night we stayed, air-condition was broken, staff can and fixed it in 30 minute.Breakfast is fantastic vary food section and jam is very yummy and homemade.I had dinner at the coast restaurant.its pizza was very good and I had cocktail and the bar cocktail was good as well.Hotel has a lot of activity,we tried archer that was our first time. The instructor is kind and nice to teach us. Overall was very good hotel perfect for people who like tranquil and stay in hotel.
Had a very nice time at Evason. The grounds are beautiful and very green, which makes you feel like being in a natural sanctuary. The rooms are also lovely with minimalistic decor. This resort is for people who want to get away. Saying that, the breakfast was a bit of a hectic zoo. I suppose on the weekend it's pretty booked up and 9am everyone is down for breakfast at the same time. Drinking glasses were all out and not replaced fast enough so there was a line of people waiting to get them. The hotel has a gym, tennis courts, bikes, and even archery grounds. We enjoyed our archery lesson which was inexpensive. This property is not directly on the beach, as there is a road that separates the hotel grounds from the public beach. The swimming pool is ok, maybe a little on the drab side compared to the rest of the hotel. Still, if you want to relax and luxuriate in a beautiful secluded setting, Evason is ideal and the rates offer good value.
It is a bit far from the city but if you only want to enjoy within the resort, it is fine. I could see that they offer cooking classes there which is quite unique. They have their own garden for their cooking needs. The room is nice, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, quite a bit to choose from. Only problem is some of their food is located outdoor and when it rained, your food will get a bit of rain also. The toilet is also quite far away from the restaurant and inconvenient when it rains. We tried their Thai restaurant, we ordered set dinner, good portion, the taste was okay. Closing a little early though, around 10pm if I remember correctly. We could see people coming a bit later that night could not get in. Overall, everything is good and it was quite relaxing. Too bad it rained during our stay there, so we didn't stay in the hotel to try their pools and other activities. We went to the city to sightseeing instead.
