The staff was amazing! Wonderful customer service, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The kindness of the staff from the restaurants, to the cleaning crew, and the front desk was superb. The staff is what made the experience the best and they deserve to know how much they matter in a guest's stay. The beach views were beautiful as well. A lovely stay!

All the staff was great! Absolutely wonderful! Dew at the front desk was excellent. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast room staff and manager were excellent. The staff at the back restaurant and beach/pool area were wonderful. This is the way a hotel should be run. The cleaning staff too were beyond excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There’s plenty to choose from, and something for everyone. Coffee machines, fruit juices, teas, and even hot chocolate. The yoghurt was great! The folks manning the omelet station were perfect! There was nothing not to love about this hotel. They have a children’s pool just outside the large lobby. Slides into the water for the kiddies. All the kiddies loved the pool and were out there all day long. It was fun to watch them. The view from our balcony room was wonderful. The room was super clean. There’s a lockbox in the room for your valuables. They have a really nice exercise room with all you need for a quick workout. Grab taxis come right to the front door to pick you up and drop you off. The food at the hotel restaurant out back was great. Excellent fruit shakes and smoothies. Lounge chairs overlooking the beach. This was a really great hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed, and we will certainly return.

We had an amazing experience at Best Western Carapace in Hua Hin. The hotel staff gave exceptional customer service going out of their way to assist us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed 10 nights, relaxing in the beautifully appointed modern hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the modern bathrooms superbly clean. Housekeeping was generous with plenty of towels and bottled water topped up daily. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Beach Club with its sparkling pool and warm sea breeze. We had a lovely dinner at sunset by the pool and the buffet breakfast was a stunning array of fresh international and local dishes with something for everyone. Children from every nationality were especially impressed with the automated pancake machine. We even got to meet the general manager who was so friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again on our next trip. Thank you Best Western Carapace!
