Hotel staff from the second I walk thru the door made my room available before 3 pm check-in rooms clean breakfast was very good workout center more then expected this place was ovrrall awesome I will be staying here again for sure at Ambassador Hsinchu.
Confortable hotel, easy access to train station, taxi service, staff very hospitable, breakfast was very good with large variety, clean room with nice view of the mountains and city.
The swimming pool is very clean and comfortable. But breakfast is too rush for me.

Basically it is a 5 star hotel. As I was expect, it is clean and quiet. I enjoy Gym and Spa on 11 Floor a lot. It has a quiet room with sofa next to the Spa. Therefore, I can take a break and listen music between 2 steam sauna or hot spa. The exercise equipment in GYM is somewhat old but well maintained. The breakfast in 8th floor is good but you may get better value and more delicious food outside the hotel. This is the area can be improved mostly. The service maid keep the room clean and tidy every day. If you give some tip(NT $100 or $200) on the bed, the maid will make extra effort to please you. You will see the difference(bottle water, fruit plate) Over all a nice place to stay in Hisnchu. Will come back on my next vacation!
Neighboring a department store and near the train station. We enjoy the shopping in Hsinchu and the service of the hotel. I will choose this hotel again if the price is still reasonable.
Stayed here for 3 nights when I was visiting Hsinchu. The location is good, there is shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again.
I have been Hsinchu so many times and choose other hotel before. But this one is best one.
Great experience. Good location for work. Staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very very good as well. I do wish I would have transferred to their sister hotel in Taipai for my last day as the sightseeing is better in that area and it's closer to the airport. When the high speed rail is completed it will help with the transfer from the airport to this hotel.
