The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained. I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip. Gross place and rude staff.

It’s not terrible! But just know if you stay here make sure it’s just to sleep. My room had no carpet or rugs so u could hear every step and cough. The breakfast was a big disappointment, only hot food were eggs and potatoes NO Meat! The fridge made a popping sound after it finished running, the satellite tv sound skips every 10 seconds on all the channels. If I’m honest the best part of it was 7/11 being right in front of the hotel. *Also the picture on the wall of a guy with binoculars looking at you just weird*
