I was never able to get my refund from them when my Falmouth told me they were a bad hotel and it is a bad area in Houston. I wouldn’t recommend them since they never refunded me for not even being able to stay there because of the poor place and the fact that they allow prostitutes plus ha omg a 3 year old son I wasn’t going to have him stay there plus had to make plans with my aunt my whole trip was messed up since I never got a refund.

I like the couch and chair so we could sit comfortable. TV just basic would prefer to stream my phone tv extremely basic. Need to fix gym equipment.

Once we got there the over booked and didnt have our room. We needed 2 beds. They try to give us the jacuzzi sweet with pull out sofa. So we checked it out. . Omg it smelled liked mold and cigaretts through out. There was blackmold all over walls, cracked walls with mold and along tub ,bed had stains on blanket everywhere. Jacuzzi had mold on spouts and bugs were going in and out of spout. The microwave was disgusting and cracked. The mildew scent was bad. Worst place ever. The evening receptionist wasnt very nice and welcoming. We did get out money back and went somewhere else .

You really hear a lot of traffic through the windows (which seem flimsy) and other people through the walls. The building is just not well insulated.

Elevator was down, but they had an employee who could help with luggage. Good TV channels,clean bedding ,towels and bathroom, but the curtain did not look good. The window curtain was ripped and the carpets throughout the hotel are filthy, I would not walk barefooted on it. Hot breakfast was perfect, great variety and clean counters, fully stocked. Common areas in the lobby are good, not knowing what comes after you pass them. Walls, doors need painting. Staff was friendly and eager to help. I recommend it , I brought to the management the curtain issue and they said the maid was supposed to change those already since they bought new curtains and they had been changed. I thin the price is reasonable. I would recommend it.

Missed a plane at the Airport and had a forced, unexpected layover in Houston. I found a GREAT Rate at the Quality Inn - and FREE 'Airport Shuttle Service'! The personal pick-up and drop off SAVED me at least $40.00 off of Taxis or Uber! The Staff was Exceptional! I asked for an extra towel for the pool - and they were happy to help. The FREE Breakfast was a nice perk! I had a Fresh Crispy Beligian Waffle! Excellent! I WILL DEFINITELY stay here again the Next time I have an unexpected overnight in Houston!

The parking lot had huge holes and the elevator wasn't working...which meant we had too carry our (very heavy) luggage up to the second floor. On the up side, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly.

Checkin lady didn't handle the hours as well. She had no glasses and causing problems needlessly.

Super clean rooms, spacious floorplans, amazing furnishings, Awesome breakfast every morning. This has been the best hotel stay I've ever had here in Houston Texas. Hotel management and committed hotel staff. These great people provide every hotel guest with above the best services.

Room was clean, the maids did not disturb you in the mornings which was nice. Breakfast was great. I will stay again

Breakfast and services was not what I spected I will not book anymore here. Carpet was so dirty, the elevator and the Hall way has cigarette smell. They did not clean the bathroom, and sis not change my sheets beds.

I was very displeased with the accomanations. We were suppose to have a double queen bed room and was giving a king with a couch bed. When we called down they said all rooms were booked. I was very displease with them.

Breakfast was very good. The elevator had issues during our whole stay but other than that it was a good choice!

The only elevator was broken, my room was missing a shower curtain and for the second time in a row, no pillow cases on the pillows. The electrical plug to the light was unplugged, which took a while to discover since the plug was behind the bed.

Light switch missing, toilet paper roll dispenser missing, pillow case covers missing...

The hotel was very nice and clean, also good breakfast. The price was excellent.

The hotel was clean, staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. The only thing was it was right off Hwy 45 which was a bit noisey at times

Elevator was down, but they had an employee who could help with luggage. Good TV channels,clean bedding ,towels and bathroom, but the curtain did not look good. The window curtain was ripped and the carpets throughout the hotel are filthy, I would not walk barefooted on it. Hot breakfast was perfect, great variety and clean counters, fully stocked.
