The only elevator was broken, my room was missing a shower curtain and for the second time in a row, no pillow cases on the pillows. The electrical plug to the light was unplugged, which took a while to discover since the plug was behind the bed.

Light switch missing, toilet paper roll dispenser missing, pillow case covers missing...

The hotel was very nice and clean, also good breakfast. The price was excellent.

The hotel was clean, staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. The only thing was it was right off Hwy 45 which was a bit noisey at times

Went for the free airport shuttle and cheap fare. Turns out the shuttle only runs from 9-5. So early and late flights don't get a ride, which is almost all flights. Also their pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. It cost 38$ each way in a cab. So, spend 110$ on a nice place with a truly FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE.

It doesn't matter what the hotel was like because I wasn't able to get there, thanks to their shuttle policy. I got the hotel for my daughter who wasn't feeling well, seeing she arrived late in the evening and going to sleep in the airport. I had to travel all night and hoped to come to the hotel in the next day to see daughter and be able to rest a little. Airport shuttle was the first thing I looked for. We found out when she got there that their shuttle only goes 8-5 and worst of all, you have to book 12 hours in advance. DO NOT get this hotel if you are traveling through and can't reserve 12 hours in advance. My daughter had to pay for a taxi instead and I didn't come at all because two taxi fares weren't worth it to me for a couple of hours in the morning. I called the manager and he was no help at all. Zero. My daughter said the hotel was fine, but this bad experience for us to get there made everything not turn out ok! It does say in their fine print that the shuttle runs limited hours and you have to call first. I'm used to seeing this at hotels, but limited hours of 8-5 and 12 hours notice is far from usual and customary.

The stay was perfect, just what I expected from my previous stay, I was restless when I got there but woke up so refresh, the hotel was nice and clean and I loved it, I will be returning soon, we I feel like I need a night getaway !

Booked 2 adjacent rooms months before arriving. Checked in, have no adjacent at all. Receptionist were too slow, taking more than half hour to get in, only 1 receptionist with 3 waiting customers. The room has cork roaches on the pillow, scary. Stay away.

its excelent to stop near to the airport was not too expensive so was a good choice

not bad at all but its little bit far from downtown

Good breakfast with sausage, pancake, yogurt, and cereal. Staff are seen constantly refilling. Decent room but the elevator is situated all the way down the hall, whereas only stairs near the reception area. Good parking area with gate and requires codes to be entered. Free wifi, but no sign in is required - watch out for hackers!

not very clean they offered in their web page airport shuttle wich they dont have had to hire taxi for this service, wake up calls not done even after talking to manager.
