It was a very nice building in an excellent location, walking distance to several restaurants and other entertainment in the Montrose area. The facilities were clean and the property managers were prompt with their responses when I had questions either via the Orbitz messenger or regular text message.
Wonderful guest house in a great area, convenient to Rice University. We didn't do much in the lounge and kitchen but they were very nice. Rooftop deck was great at the end of the day! Be careful to rent unit #1 if steps are an issue, #2-3 are on the second floor and # 4-7 on the third.
