The l property owner was very responsive and easy to contact at any time during the day. We had a couple issues with bugs and he was very willing to send a bug guy immediately to spray the property. We chose not to have them come because we spent lots of time indoors due to the heat. Love the location of this property. The one thing we could have used was oven kits getting things out of the oven when making meals.
