Welcome to our newly renovated, family-friendly home! With 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it`s the perfect spot for your next Houston getaway. Located just a short drive from downtown, you`ll be close to all the action, from museums to restaurants. Our gated home offers peace of mind and a comfortable retreat after a fun day of exploring. Whether you`re visiting for business or pleasure, we’ve got everything you need for a fantastic stay!

As you enter the home you will step into the living room with plenty of seating for the whole family. Once you pass through the living room you enter the dining/kitchen area. The dining table seats 6 with extra seating at the bar area in the kitchen. Directly off the dining room is the hallway leading directly to the first bathroom with a stand alone shower. To the left of the bathroom is the washer and dryer and the first bedroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a twin trundle. Across the hall, passing the bathroom is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and designated workspace. Coming back out into the dining area, you will pass through the kitchen and enter the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a stand alone shower. There is another designated workspace in the back left hallway of the master bedroom.

The inside photos were accurate. The outside photo was misleading. I thought it was in a gated residential community; not a locked gate because of the location being on the highway feeder road. The noise level was unacceptable but because of location, I do not believe there is anything that can be done to change this though.

First and foremost, the home accommodated my family of 8 well. Spacious and very clean. Easy commute to the downtown area. However, a few things were not liking. 1) Neighbor. The area was not ideal for our family if we wanted to take a walk or go out for a late night snack. Older area with a number of abandoned and neglected homes. However, with the gated privacy fence, we felt more safe. 2) Listing inaccuracy. We did not have access to the back yard due to construction/updates being done. We were not informed of this until the morning of arrival. In addition, the dishwasher was not operational and we were not informed of this until the morning of arrival. 3) We had a minor concern and we informed the Property Manager. He was able to expeditiously remediate the concern and the situation was no longer a problem.
