Beautiful two story townhome. Located in the heart of Sugar Land. First bedroom is located downstairs. Second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. Third bedroom can be used as study room/yoga room/reading room/bedroom. Large mirror in third bedroom. Queen Air Mattress can be stored in the closet. High living room ceiling. Moon roof in living room. Daylight comes in it’s amazing.

Sugarland Townhouse

The location of this townhouse was great! Downtown Sugarland is only minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The townhouse was functional. When it was just the two of us there was more than enough room. When there was 4 of us it was a little tight because of a lack of seating. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs, bowls, skillets etc. The couch can seat 4, but not comfortably. The couch was very uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom did not have a bed. It had a blowup mattress. Perfectly fine for kids…not so much for older adults.
