nice suite with a comfortable bed and tasteful décor. Breakfast with eggs and sausage offered. Starbucks coffee as well.

I was moved 3 times and each room I was moved to was not 100% clean. This was the worst experience ever.

My husband and two children (under 2 years old) overnighted here. The shuttle from the airport was easy and on time. The front desk ladies were so helpful - they noticed that my son was cranky and they gave him, and the rest of us, some snacks. They provided a nice, clean crib for our infant and it was in the room waiting for us. They recommended a great restaurant nearby and the shuttle driver took us there. Excellent service, the room was large and very clean. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff are professional, courteous and helpful in many ways. It's great that this Hyatt Place venue offers airport shuttles, quick and easy check-in and check-out and my favorite the breakfast.

Ok facility. Too disappointed from breakfast. Cleaners was satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Comfortable, kind staffs, clean romms and more and more.

satiafied!,recommending to others,we enjoyed the stay in this place

Solid hotel, but don't be fooled by the name. It's at least 30 minutes from the airport. More if traffic is bad.

Pros: Hotel shuttle (about 15 minutes each way), 24/7 food availability, excellent customer service (staffs are professional, efficient and friendly). Cons: We attempted to order burger but they were out of beef. Food quality is below average. We are unable to comment on pool and gym as we arrived late at night and had to leave as early as 5am.

The staff was very accommodating. My room was comfortable.

Walked into a beautiful room, clean, contemporary but not cold (ambiance not temperature). Very nice breakfast with an actual cook preparing egg mcmuffins and breakfast potatoes.

Booked thru Orbitz, after early check out, staff added an extra $30 change.

The only bad thing is I wanted a king room but was given 2 double beds which meant a bad night sleep. Other than that everything was fantastic and no complaints out of me. Food, staff and cleanliness was awesome.

Lovely staff. Nice environment. Great place to stay at.

It was a very good experience to stay at Hyatt Place Bush Intercontinental. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very polite and friendly at all times, they provided such a genuine help that I could feel they were really interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruts, cereals, and a wide variety of bread. It was a good suprise to get all this for the price I paid. Great value for money!! The airport transport was punctual and very nice! Due to the location and convenience to get to the airport, It is one of the best optins for a layover, totally recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast included in stay.

Very flexible with picking me up and transporting me to testing facilities.

The hotel team is very pleasant supportive and professional. The room was clean. Lobby had enough space for our meetings.

I stayed there for about 3 weeks for an A and P school down the road and was very comfortable. The staff were nice... I honestly don't have any complaints. The price was within my budget. If your looking to attend the Aero Tec School I advise picking this hotel. Some of the others had spoken how they were going to cheaper hotels that were a little closer but the rooms were dirty and charged for TV use.
