House Rules – Please Read Carefully
We kindly ask all guests to follow the rules below to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone. Failure to follow these rules may result in fees, revoked access to amenities, or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

1. No Shoes Indoors
Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit and leave them by the door. Help us keep the space clean for all guests.

2. No Smoking – $500 Fine
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
The building enforces a 100% smoke-free policy throughout all indoor areas, common areas, balconies, and the parking garage.
Violations may lead to cancellation of your reservation by building management.

3. No Parties or Events – $250 Fine
No loud gatherings, parties, or unapproved group activities.
Guests in violation will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.

4. No Unregistered Guests – $100 Per Person/Night
Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit at any time. This is for safety, liability, and cleaning accuracy.

5. No Unregistered Vehicles
All vehicles must be registered before check-in. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the guest’s expense.

6. One Free Parking Spot Provided
A complimentary parking spot is available in the secure, on-site parking garage.

7. Garbage Disposal
Please dispose of trash using the trash chutes near the elevators. Do not leave trash in hallways or common areas.

8. Lock All Windows & Doors
Always lock windows and doors when leaving the unit and at checkout.
Important: Do not deadbolt the front door from the inside—just close it securely behind you.

9. Turn Off Lights & Electronics
Please turn off all lights, fans, and electronics when not in use and upon checkout.

10. Maintenance
If anything breaks or needs attention during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

11. Security Cameras
For your safety, security cameras monitor the unit entrance only. There are no cameras inside the unit.

12. Pets (Dogs Only – Max 2, Under 30 lbs)
Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking

A pet fee applies
Only house-trained and groomed dogs are permitted
No pets on beds or furniture
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets

13. Starter Supplies
We provide a starter set of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed.

All building amenities are shared with long-term residents. Please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially in co-working spaces, the gym, lounges, and outdoor areas.

Misuse, damage, or disruptive behavior may result in loss of amenity access and/or cancellation of your reservation.

TV & Streaming
A Smart TV is available. Please use your own streaming account logins (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Roku) to access content.

Toilet Guidelines – Please Do Not Flush:
Grease or oils
Feminine hygiene products
Paper towels or wipes
Use only toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues.

Package Delivery
Please do not send packages and mail to the unit.
The building does not accept or track deliveries and is not responsible for lost or missing items.

Check-Out Instructions
Before you leave, please:

Wash and put away all dishes (not included in cleaning fee)
Remove all trash from the unit
Lock all doors and windows
Turn off all lights and electronics
Damaged or Stained Linens
Fees will be charged for stained or damaged linens:

Towels: $10 each
Sheets: $35 each
