We have stayed here several times when we come to Cypress for swim meets. We love the kitchens in the suites, the breakfast, the pool, and of course, the location.
Very comfortable. Front desk check in was smooth and friendly.
Upon arrival we were given a room key and when we went to the room and opened the door we realized that the room was already occupied with other people's things. So we had to drag everything back down to the 1st floor. The employee at the front said that it was impossible that the room was occupied (making us seem like we were liars). Finally he said it was the written incorrectly and gave us out new room ( even though it was his fault that he was not more conscientious). This took us an extra 20 minutes. Then upon check out my pillow was left in the room and when I called to let the hotel know they once again believed me a liar and said that they found nothing in the room where 100 percent I know that I left it. So all in all this was not the best stay I've had.
Stayed there for a wedding. Nice beds, rooms are huge & has a Full mini-kitchen. Missed breakfast but I hear it is nice & free.
I chose the hotel because it was close to family I was visiting. I found myself wishing I had a little more time to stay because the room and amenities were so pleasant. I will definitely stay there again.
This was a nice facility and should be as it is less than 1 year old. However one of our days, our romm was never serviced, picked up, towels etc. When called about on our arrival back to room at 5 p.m., were basically given lip service that staff had tried numerous times. We left at 0930 that morning.even spoke directly with chamber maid that we were leaving for the day and room ws available. Desk service staff brought clean towels and WE MADE BEDS ETC. So much for HILTON GUARANTEES!! Would stay again, but put more pressure on front desk staff. Also on check out, at 0630 8/16/09, front desk staff was in tattered blue jeans, casual shirt and a baseball cap. Did have a name tag on, but offered no support other than i/m sorry.
