I chose the hotel because of its brand, location and room rate -- and, importantly, because it offered a free shuttle to MD Anderson Cancer Center where I was to receive treatment. The shuttle was inoperative due to Hurricane Harvey, understandable, but in the four days I was there, the hotel not only did not press a (rental?) replacement vehicle into service, but just blew off inquiries as illegitimate and unimportant. Thus, each day, I bore the expense of a cab to and from the hospital which had not been in my budget. And the shuttle was offered to area locations (e.g. restaurants, since there are none in easy walking distance) so this was yet another unanticipated, unbudgeted, taxi expense.

Everything good, we just suggest to have at least american breakfast included; it does not feel good to know that you have to pay for it.

So my only couple complaints... first one at check in I was told I has to pay for parking at a rate of $10 a night which wasn't listed anywhere when I booked. Then one night in the room my TV decided it didn't wanna work. When I called the front desk they told me they would send someone right up. I spent the rest of the night with no tv and no one fixed it until the next day. Sounds small but when that's your only entertainment for a night by yourself it's nice to have that. Other than that the hotel was pretty good.

Great hotel for the price, with easy access to downtown Houston.

The hotel is nice but not great for sure. The beds are fantastic and the room Furniture is new, but the bathrooms have had cheep remodels. The breakfast was ok but for the price should have been way better. All of the staff at this hotel are fantastic and helpful. I would stay again but will use the IHOP down the street for breakfast.

If you're a light sleeper don't stay here it's right off of 59. You will hear motorcycles and ambulance sirens thru the night. Room itself is outdated. Bathrooms need to be redone. I won't come back.

Convenient hotel for getting to the med center. Great gym for those on business trips that like to work out on the road. Clean, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Would stay here again.

It was not a pleasant stay. The sink and tub drained had problem with draining. The Maintaintence was responsive. The bed sheet and comfortor were stained. The parking and usage of refrigerator and microwave were not free. Avoid this hotel if you have other choices.

Staff had difficulty remembering specific requests on two occasions. Also, the "free" bottled water ran out and it took three days for it to be made available again.

Room was dirty and shower was full of hairs. Restroom toilet wouldn't flush properly and never worked the entire stay.

The location was chosen because it was close to our son and his school. Upon checking in we were greeted and made to feel welcome. The hotel's lobby was pleasing and welcoming. They stay was for only one night but we were able to make use of the hotel gym and the room was pleasing. Although we were early there was not a problem in checking in and check out was easily handled.

The staff was lovely & on point! The room was very cool and decorated great! The bed was super soft and comfortable! Overall an excellent stay!

If you are looking for something close and convenient to down town Houston. Four point is the best

excellent stay. Just a little bit noisy.Any way, it is not their fault

Did not like that we had to pay for parking and breakfast.

Pretty decent place! Great value, but doesn't at all feel like a cheap value hotel.

I always stay there when in Houston on business. Or pleasure. Near Grocery stores. Near downtown. Near Medical complex. Near everything in or near downtown Houston. The only thing I don't like about the place is that there are no mini refrigerators in any of the rooms I have stayed in.

Everything was great except they charge $10 to park in their property.

This is a decent hotel near the Houston's downtown area. The staff is friendly and the room are in good condition.

I travel and work and must follow the GSA guidelines. While searching for hotels, I was pleasantly surprised to see this was within the limits. It's much nicer than the motels I usually stay in.
