The staff is very helpful and accommodating...everyone here is very helpful...thank you for making it a great stay..

When I entered my room it was extremely dirty. Drug residues on the counter. Used towels on the floor. An unmade bed. It looked and smelled like someone had occupied the room mere minutes before I entered.

Was near plenty of restaurants, check in and check out we’re pretty fast. AC was cold and tv channels were ok.

There are several things to show the front desk stuff is really unprofessional. Here are two examples: 1. When I tried to call the front desk, no one to pick up the phone even the lady is there. I have to go to the front desk by myself. 2. There is no any shampoo/conditioner, so asked the front desk for it. The lady just told me that these things are out of stock and I have to wait for a week ... I have to ask the hotel cleaning lady whether it is possible to find some. I am luck to get some.

Carpets in hallway smelled bad. Debris and other garbage on the floor. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. Panel holding up and down button on elevator were smashed and broken exposing wiring behind it. Hair in shower from previous occupants. Smelled terrible in hallways as if they needed to be shampooed.

All of the staff is very friendly & courteous. The manager learns her guests & recognizes them by name very quickly & everytime she sees them.

I did not like anything about this property. Upon entering the hotel the lobby was dirty and nasty looking. The carpet looked like someone drug it in from a dirt pit. Not to mention there were box fans in the windows of this hotel. Arriving at the front desk, there was not a receptionist available. The front lobby was empty. There wasn’t any staff available. After waiting about 10 mins for someone to come, I started yelling hello. About a min later this lady comes walking briskly down the hallway pushing a huge laundry hamper filled with towels. Instead of her coming to the checkin desk she goes over to the lobby area and start folding towels and proceeds to tell me that there are no rooms available. I then informed her that I have not one, but two reservations, one with Orbitz and the other with Hotels.com. She tells me, “I know, but we’re booked up”) I go on to inquire about a refund, which she had no interest in hearing. All she kept saying was to call Orbitz and get a refund. This lady was so unconcern about my situation. When I tell you this was the filthiest hotel I have ever entered. It look like something out of a movie where prostitutes and druggies go to do their business. Not to mention the Lexus SUV that was out side sitting with both back tires on flat (I can only imagine why). After all that we left with no refund that night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay if you want, you just might wake up infested with bedbugs and only God knows what else

Room was relatively clean but saw and had to kill about 5 Cockroaches in the room! Also there was weird smell that wouldn’t go away. No trash receptacle in the room or bathroom!

Dirty and broken This is enough. Nothing works. Dirty and broken bathroom and old and dirty bedding.

The room was decent but it had a smell of urine once we came in. It was really late when we checked in and according to the desk lady we had gotten the last room available so no other option.

No lights in elevator...given a dirty room this can go on and on. Not wasting anymore energy and you shouldn't waste your money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. When I checked in I was initially given a room that was not cleaned. There were multiple towels on the bathroom floor, the bed wasn't made & there was trash on the floor. I went back downstairs & told the guy at the desk & he gave me another room. When we got to the "clean" room, as soon as I opened the door we were hit with the smell of cigarettes, although it's a 'non-smoking' room. At first we couldn't get the TV working, but it was just unplugged. I went to the bathroom & saw cigarette burn marks on the tub, floor & sink. When I raised the toilet seat cover I was digested to find brown streak marks. The desk was dirty with either burn marks or something else, I didn't want to know what it was honestly. I was going to call down to the front desk & request a room change, but there wasn't a phone! There also wasn't a coffee maker, which it says is in the room.

I personally enjoyed my stay here. It isn't the nicest hotel I've ever been too but I didn't have high expectations coming into it considering it's 2 star rating. I feel like I got what I paid for. The only complaint I could have is the location. It is located right next to a major highway and the sound from the cars is pretty annoying in the morning.

Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. My room smells like Indian cuisine.

If you plan on staying a while and need to cook meals this might be a good option. If you are just wanting a room you might look elsewhere. No maid service for the 5 days I was there.

For the price-I have nothing to complain about. Very Descent

This hotel is modest at best. A/C units are noisy, but do blow cold air. Pool area is very small, TV's are a little dated, was expecting a later madel flat screen. Water pressure in showers were really good and the water was hot. I probably wouldn't stay here again, although the staff was friendly.
