When I booked online, it was clearly indicated the free breakfast was included. But when I went to the hotel account to ask breakfast coupon, I was told my reservation did not include it. I was very frustrated.

Check in was great, but the room not so much. The bathroom was apparently not cleaned someone's contact was still there. There was a mold problem in the bathroom and not all the electrical outlets worked.

My wife and I had to go to Houston to take my mother to MD Anderson because she has severe cancer. On this trip we were dealing with a tumor in her brain that must have radiation. We have stayed at several hotels and the past and sometimes have been treated as an inconvenience to the staff when we ask for handicapped rooms on lower floors. Not this Time. Everyone from the front desk, to the restraint staff, housekeeping and especially the engineering staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The best point I can make it there was a storm the next morning after we arrived that knocked out all the power. We were staying on the second floor because we needed a room with two beds. My mother, who is in a wheelchair had no way to get down to make it to her appointment at the hospital which is the whole reason we were in Houston from Dallas. I asked the hotel staff if there was another was down because the elevators did not work and she could not take the stairs and needed to be at M.D. Anderson for her appointment. The staff told me if the power was not in in thirty minutes, they would come and carry her down so we could make the appointment. It didn’t come on in time and as promised, four men from the hotel engineering staff and a manager showed up. They were extremely polite and professional which help my very scared mother feel better and they did carry her down the steps in her wheel chair so she made her appointment. The entire staff was that way for our entire stay. My wife

Everything was amazing i would stay again for sure

The hotel was charming, clean, and had a southern style. Having a restaurant in the facility was a welcome surprise. The food was excellent. The only negative was having a security guard knock on our door and not identify himself. That left us with a very unsettle feeling.

Thought it was closer to NRG stadium Hotel needs a make over Stuck in the 70s In my hast to secure room Super Bowl weekend with Orbitz lure of 54% savings on hotel. I miss read $378.00 per night instead of for two nights the Hotel cost of $936.00 was more than my RT flight. Not Happy ....I immediately called Orbitz and got your Robotic operators from India who repeat constantly my name and phone number.By the the time I was able to connect to hotel and try to cancel. Negative No refunds No cancelation all with in 15-20minutes 6 ays before flight 7days before stay. Knowing that Orbitz advertising 24hour Cancelations but not there clients? I was stuck in the 70s Not Good left a REAL BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH !!!

right off interstate spec's liquor a block away great restraunt close

Hotel is older and the lobby/elevator/hall way smell like an old restaurant. Our room was decent for the price but my bed smelled like someone else's cologne, I was disgusted and changed the sheets myself with the spare set in the closet. Won't be coming back.

Few of great hotel be staying. Will add this hotel name into my search list in near future

I enjoyed my stay enough where the Crowne Plaza Hotel will be the first place I am going to try and stay whenever I a room.

I travel for work and this hotel is in a great location to my jobsite. This is the second time I've chosen this hotel. Staff is friendly. Room are clean.

The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very courteous. The heat did not work in the front living room area. I had called to have maintenance to come and check, they were there within 10 minutes. Breakfast was great. Overall, I most definitely will stay again.

We are repeat customers!..............................

I had a very nice stay in the hotel for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean, and the sound proof was good so I did not hear sound from the other side the wall or from the hallway. The check in and check out was easy, in general a nice stay.

The room was very nice and clean but to noisy where the return air grill is.Had to close the door to the room do to the noise and vibration coming from return air grill.

My kids were fell in love with the pool, the Jacuzzi was awesome!

It is a nice hotel for business travelers. The surroundings are not to good.

Gracias.

Our one night stay was good. Hotel has large lobby and rooms. Rooms are a little out of date though and the roof was very low.

The staff was absolutely horrible and rude. And the room maintenance was unbelievable. As soon as I entered my room to go to the patio the door broke. Unbelievable.

Dear James, We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding breakfast. We have many different breakfast options on our website. During the online booking process, there is a small checkbox that must be clicked to add breakfast, and it may have become accidentally unchecked. We are very sorry and ask that you let us make it up to you with a stay that meets your expectations and our own high reputation. We look forward to serving you again at the Crowne Plaza Suites Houston.

Your feedback is important to us. We are extremely sorry to hear you had such a troubling experience dealing with Orbitz. Typically, cancellations at no charge are processed if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation. We apologize for the mix up that seems to have occurred. We understand how frustrating it can be when you are trying to get through to a person on the phone. We hope you were able to still enjoy your Super Bowl weekend with us and we apologize if we did not meet your expectations in any way. Customer service is our number one priority and we hope to have the chance to deliver the excellent service you deserved someday.
