Disliked: Cleanliness
The house was inaccessible due to the physical bottom lock being engaged. The key pad worked, but door could not open. The management would not accept calls, only texts. There was no physical key because they could not, not could VRBO support reach anyone with a physical key.It was dark and challenging to find other lodging, not to mention very time consuming.I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to rectify.I am a frequent VRBO renter and was shocked by the lack of ability to positively fix this.
