Upon arrival we found the home clean and spacious for our needs. We requested an early arrival from the property manager but didn't receive a response, finding out later that the email listed for contact was no good. The AC system was off when we arrived, and it was 82-degrees in the house. It took several hours to cool down to an acceptable temperature for us. We like to stay at VRBOs as opposed to hotels for the kitchens because we cook all of our meals. The kitchen was stocked okay but lacked some essentials like silverware. Many of the pans were rusted and very worn. We don't expect them to look like new but would prefer better than what was provided. The laundry washer appeared to have some black microbial growth where you put the dish liquid, so we didn't feel great about using that. The beds have basic spring mattresses with no comfort tops. One of the bathtubs is missing the drain stopper. The home is very close to all of main areas of Baytown and has easy access to get around town. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
