Quiet and Comfy!

Great unit in a safe and friendly complex! A quick Lyft ride to the Medical Center or Rice Village. (I opted not to use the bus service). Cozy and well appointed. Traveling alone, it was important that I felt safe. This unit checked every box!

Excellent apartment convenient to medical city and downtown at a good value

This apartment is designed like a 1 BR hotel suite--a side-by-side living area and BR w en-suite bath -- but with the helpful addition of a functional galley kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. Everything worked, and the apartment had been professionally cleaned. There were a few minor issues about which I contacted the owner; he was always available and quickly addressed the issues. My only comment for future guests -- and this is not a problem with the apartment per se but with the development in which it is located -- is that there are a labyrinth of buildings that are served by two parking garages. These are all poorly labeled or not labeled, so it can be very confusing to find this apartment on the "first try." Once I figured out how to get to the apartment (with the owner's help, who was very patient in navigating me by phone), it was straightforward. So make sure you get very specific directions before you arrive.

Great Bang for your Buck

I had surgery at MDA and rented the unit for 12 nights. I stayed pre-surgery, my son and daughter, alternately, and then my daughter and me for post-op. The unit is very clean well-appointed and exceeded our every need. I highly recommend! Lilly was most gracious!!!

Great!

I was in Houston for treatment at MD Anderson. The apartment was great. I enjoyed the complex pool and gym. Nice area for walks across the street. Would definitely stay again.
