Our lakefront home features a spacious living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace and a wall of windows for those picturesque lake views. We have an open kitchen concept fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals. Dining room has a high-top table with seating for 6.

This three-bedroom, two bath home has a King, a Queen and a Double Twin bedroom. There is also a pullout sofa and a twin rollaway bed for use if needed. The Double Twin bedroom is to the left of the entryway right off of the living room. It has two twin beds and shares a hall bathroom with the Queen bedroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom is located at the end of the hall, has a queen bed and an attached sunroom with three walls of floor to ceiling windows to take in all the views. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The Master bedroom is located right off the kitchen. It has a king bed with a full attached bath. Bathroom is complete with a soaking tub, separate shower and his and her sinks. The king bedroom has a door that opens to the deck. The large open deck comes ready for outdoor fun and lakeside BBQs. It has a separate sitting area with cushioned furniture perfect for stargazing at night and a charcoal grill with an outdoor dining table and chairs.

***Our home is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis, and we regularly monitor the property with preventative measures such as sticky traps and home defense. However, this is Arkansas, and like any home in a natural setting, you may occasionally see insects, spiders, or other small critters-especially during warmer months or after periods of rain.

While we do everything we reasonably can to minimize their presence, it's not possible to guarantee a completely bug-free environment. Thank you for understanding and embracing the realities of staying in a home surrounded by nature.

***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs, so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 PET FEE for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 dogs. If you have 2 dogs a second pet fee will be requested.

***We offer a 10 percent discount for military service and repeat customers. Please reach out to us before booking, it cannot be added after you have booked.

Our home is in a retirement community, and we love our neighbors so please be respectful of the noise level and park in the garage or in the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.
