Staff was friendly at check in- not so much late at night. Ants covered the bathroom floor and got in my son's clothes. Morning staff was unable to assist.

Hotel was the dirtiest hotel I ever seen in my life. The photos posted in the clearinghouse website are 100% misleading. Please did not stay here unless it is your final and last opportunity for a room

Loved the location. Didn't get the room accommodations we reserved but rooms were side by side so that worked. Staff was a little put out when I asked to be moved to adjoining rooms and said there was home available. Hotel is aged and could use a little more attention to cleanliness but overall it was good.

Very good time would recommend and stay there again

The hotel location is great but the hotel cleanliness is awful. Old carpet and room decor .

Accommodations were less than expected. Carpets were dirty looking with several iron burn marks. Bathroom was ok for commercial. Beds were hard and springy. TV boasted 4 channels of which 3 were clear. Our "mountain view" was a rock wall bordered parking lot. I'm not one to complain, but we definitely will chose differently next time. The best part was the location.

Horrible The carpet was old and dirty. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and the linens and comforter smells and very old. My husband and I were not happy. Our room was facing the street where we can see the swimming pool below and it was very noisy.

Hotel should note that there is either no heat or no a/c depending on spring or fall. The hotel is on a one system boiler unit which produced either heat or a/c, not both. During the day the rooms were hot, at night we left the balcony door open and it was pleasant except for the incessant street/bar/traffic noise. Also, we had no housekeeping services while there and had to obtain our own towels and supplies. We were given a discount but unfortunately we left with a bad taste.

My wife and I went here for a short vacation for the 4th of July. The location and price of this hotel is a great combo. With it being Hot Springs there are many motorcycles passing by and you hear each one. There is a motorcycle bar just down the road and it must close around 1am which is when it finally got quiet. This isn't something that bothered us but some it might.

The location of out hotel was perfect! Unique shops and restaurants were within walking distance. As was the state park. Although I was satisfied with the location, the hotel itself was far from ideal. The lobby smelled. Our room looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed and there were hairs on the pillows and towels. It was a place to stay, but we didn't want to spend much time in the room or any part of the hotel.

On check-in,staff could not locate reservation, gave me a room anyway. On check-out however my credit card was charged again. The Thermal bath was understaffed and service was not satisfactory.. Location was very good and room was clean except we did not get maid service.

The location of the hotel was great. The lobby was great. The room was comfortable enough, was outdated and could have been cleaner (carpet, bathroom grout). The TV, a lamp, and the phone did not work. Facilities was quick the fix the TV and we didn't ask them to fix/replace the lamp or phone. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room but the front desk provided one. We used the spa. The staff was was very nice but they were understaffed. Our baths and massages that should have taken one hour, took two hours for me and two and one-half for my husband. However, we had a good time because the location was so convenient downtown and the price was reasonable. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Good location on the "strip", but the hotel has certainly seen better days. Room was clean and quiet though. The price is right for what you get.

Very happy with the hotel. Chose it because of location and modest rate. Was well pleased with the rooms cleanliness. Carpet could have used a going over but all else was crisp and clean. Loved being able to walk all over the historic district from Hotel. Being downtown, you could hear the cars on the road. Probably not a good choice for light sleepers but not a problem for me. Loved the balcony. Got the side overlooking the street. We took advantage of a cool evening breeze and watch the horse drawn carriage pass by below. Turned out to be the MUCH better view. Back just look over the parking lot. Will gladly stay there again when visiting the Historic District.

The bar they advertise is closed for tax invasion, they do not have bow dryers in the rooms that is advertised, the building looks old but not in a good way. Bottom line I paid way to much for 2 nights. Also the rooms are clean but just old and musty, but clean.

Room was OK but needed vacuuming. Beds comfortable. No hair dryer. Mountain view is looking out over a parking lot. Staff extremely nice. Not bad for the price.

We had a great experience.. from the moment we arrived, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were nice and spacious. We loved the balcony. We will be back!!

The room was very nice! Hotel gave free mineral bath at spa in hotel! This was great! It is located right on bath house row and all the shops are within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

Had no cable the whole time we were there, the desk clerk did not know at all what they were doing when we checked in (we payed online and he couldn't seem to figure that out and kept trying to charge us again at full price), and water temperature was constantly going from one extreme to the other by its self.

I was expecting hotel to be more vintage but it just seemed worn. Not run-down, just not as cool as I thought. It was nice enough since we only were in town one night and the price was right. On-property dining was a little blah, but one of few option that were open when we arrived.
