LIVING ROOM & VIEWS

From the living room, with its 10-foot ceilings, you'll enjoy breathtaking views through an expansive wall of windows that frames an ever-changing vista of scenic mountaintop peaks. A 75" Samsung 4K Smart TV adds to the comfort of the living room, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and unwinding after a day of adventure. Photos simply don't do the view justice. You have to experience it in person!

KITCHEN & DINING

An open-concept contemporary kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked walk-in pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. Enjoy breakfast at the high-top table overlooking the beautiful mountain views while staying connected to the living room.

BEDROOMS & COMFORT

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass doors that open to your own private outdoor sundeck.

The master bath offers a luxurious, spa-like experience, featuring an oversized walk-in shower with three separate waterfall showerheads for the ultimate in relaxation.

Additionally, the master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet that's large enough to serve as a third bedroom, nursery, or private office. Air mattresses and sleeping bags are provided if needed.

The second bedroom opens into the living room through a set of French doors and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and evening sunsets from the front of the property.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises, illuminating the tree canopies over the Ouachita Mountains. After a day of exploring Hot Springs National Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and the area's historic attractions, come home to unwind with a soak in the hot tub/bubble spa and take in a stunning sunset.

End the evening on the front porch, comfortably seated under cover, watching the sky’s colors shift while listening to the calls of mountain whip-poor-wills. At night, marvel at the starlit sky and the twinkling city lights in the valley below.

NATURE & CONNECTIVITY

From this home, you'll experience an abundance of nature, including birds, deer, and other wildlife, with a gentle mountain breeze filling the air throughout the day. When you need to stay connected, enjoy high-speed AT&T Fiber internet.

WHAT’S NEW AT MOST HIGH

We've recently completed several exciting exterior improvements to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The original 8' × 8' wood deck off the living room has been replaced with a spacious 12' × 22' concrete patio, while the small sundeck off the master bedroom has been expanded into a contemporary 300-square-foot garden deck.

We've also added a brand-new hot tub/bubble spa and a wood-burning fire pit, created a more welcoming entrance by replacing the steep driveway, and enhanced the backyard by raising the grade approximately three feet, making the mountain views even more spectacular.

Some listing photos were taken before these improvements were completed. Updated photography is coming soon. In the meantime, you'll enjoy these new amenities during your stay.

ACCESS & PARKING

We are located at the top of the mountain with brand-new paved roads and two long driveways. There is ample space to turn around with easy access for 40’ trailers and generous flat parking.

We can comfortably accommodate 2–3 full-size (40 ft) trailers with no need for backing or three-point turns. We are located less than five minutes from Hot Springs Off-Road Park.

Guests have full access to the entire home, as well as the front and back yards.
