Amazing views

We stayed for just a short 2 days and it was the perfect place to relax. Amazing views from both the front and back porches! My favorite part was the duck! I really wish he had a little pool though! Check-in was extremely easy and we had everything we could need as far as cooking and comfort goes. It’s not super close to restaurants and such so if you’re looking for that this probably isn’t the place but it’s not so far off you CANT make a quick trip “to town”. Overall great little get away if you’re looking for good views and a peaceful setting.

Beautiful Getaway with Amazing Views

Our family loved having this home as a home base as we explored the surrounding sites. It was easy to get to Hot Springs, and any other activity or restaurant we headed to. I will note that the property might be too daunting for parents of young children because of the steep drop-offs in places, but we did not have any issues.

Great Property With Amazing Views

This was our second time staying at the property and we really enjoyed it. The location is within 10 minutes of town, but feels somewhat secluded in a good way. Views from the hilltop location are great. The owners seem to be actively improving the overall property with updated outdoor amenities. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Very nice get away

The house was secluded on top of the mountain. It was very nice and quiet with only a short drive back into town to do the things we wanted to. Will definitely stay here again if we decided to go back to that area.

Amazing

This is an amazing house with amazing views! Very clean with ALL the amenities of home. Short scenic drive to town, lots of wildlife. We enjoyed the morning and afternoon sunrise/sunset. Lots to do within 10-15 minutes. LOVED IT!!

The view was amazing! There are sights to see in every direction. The master shower was also very nice. The house was clean with many amenities for the stay. I have zero complaints and would go back in the future. Beautiful home and location.

AMAZING!

We loved every minute of our stay! The house was very beautiful and super clean. Not to mention the views are breathtaking! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and paid attention to EVERY detail! They went above and beyond ensuring our little get away was worry free. Absolutely one of the best places I have ever booked! We will certainly be back just as soon as we can.

Nice House in Beautiful Area

Our family of four stayed three nights at the property and really enjoyed it. The house is well furnished with a nice and clean interior, that seems pretty new. There are numerous large windows that provide a great view of the outdoors and abundant light inside the house. The master bedroom is spacious, with a huge closet and an awesome walk-in shower in the bathroom. Second bedroom is a bit smaller, but was fine for our two kids. Only quirky thing about the house is master bathroom countertop and kitchen sink countertop is bar height, which takes some getting used to. Otherwise, everything about the house and property was great. The location was ideal for what we were looking for, being somewhat secluded but still easy to get downtown in less than 15 minutes or so. Entire area surrounding the house and neighborhood is incredibly scenic and peaceful. We watched the sun rise each morning from the backyard chairs, and seeing the fog roll between the mountains as the sun rose over the horizon was incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, or recommended it to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.

House on Most High Loop

This house is really nice. Wonderful view. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest we have ever had. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

Great Mountain Views conveniently located

Comfortable and very clean home that is well stocked with necessities. Great easily accessible location close to everything with a wonderful, unobstructed view looking across the valley and distant mountains. Primary shower is awesome. Nice touches show the owner really cares about being a great host even going well above and beyond in our case. This was an excellent anniversary getaway for us.

Magnificent View

This property is amazing. Everything from the cleanliness of the house, the location, the comfort of the beds and the view. Ohh, and the huge shower is nice too. Not only is there a magnificent view from the back, there is also a nice view from the front as well. The first night we were there, we had over 10 deer in the backyard at one time. If you are looking to be out of the city and be in nature, this is your place. It is only a short 15 minute drive to Hot Springs and only 30 minutes to Lake Ouachita. We love to hike and we had already hiked the trails in the Hot Springs National Forest, so we were looking to for somewhere different, but still be close to Hot Springs. So, we found some trails we liked around Lake Ouachita. Jim, the property manager is also amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed and also gave some great advice on places to go see in the area. And the Hot Springs water he had there for us was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided during our stay. Thank you Jim for everything. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Scenic Hilltop Home

Our family had a wonderful stay for a few days. The home is spotless and modern and seated on a lovely hilltop with an east facing view. Great communications with the owner and just a great stay overall.

Birthday Getaway

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful scenery. But very close to all visits in downtown Hot Springs! Very extremely quite and peaceful. Saw rainbow, deer, falcons and best forest scenes. House has all needs for a short or extended stay..Fabulous shower! All necessary needs provided, great bedding. If a bonus would be added in future I would add a hot tub..lol. The roses will need trimming soon on decks…that is my only concern…could be a thorny issue on late night looking at stars!!

The View

The house is tucked up in the hills and has beautiful views. Lots of deer in the area. If you have small children the back slope is very steep and has loose rocks. We had a great stay and the house had all the amenities.
