We just needed a clean, cool and quiet room for a 1 night stay. Since I hadn't stayed anywhere here (Arkadelphia) before, then I took a chance on this place because I liked the online rate and the reviews were okay; I was not disappointed as it did meet my minimum standards for cleanliness, quiet a/c and safe location. Just know that there are no frills, just basic features, and you will get a good value and night's sleep.

We stayed here 2 nights as our daughter was in a tournament. Our room was a king Suite. The room did have a Jacuzzi and flatscreen TV but this facility is run down. Clean but run down. Shower door wouldn't shut, faucet on Jacuzzi was broke and leaked, and carpet is very worn. It served our purpose and was spacious. It's just not worth the $120.00 per night I paid. Not even close! We also booked a non smoking room and received a smoking. Staff was friendly and apologized. Interstate noise was distracting. I never mind spending a little more for comfort. This is not worth the value. There are several better places to stay in this area that are better and not as costly. I recommend you do just that. Again not terrible but we won't return.

The room was very clean, bed was like heaven many pillows. The person helping me by phone, had answers to all questions asked then some. No misunderstanding on cost of room, cost per nite for pet, all amenities in rooms. This guy was great, and the topper room rate AOK. Fast food and gas next door.

We stayed in a nonsmoking king size suite. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Quiet. Paid 69.00 included tax. Would stay again for the price. Right next to Mcdonald's. Have not ever stayed below a 5 star hotel. Have to say very impressed.

Very pleased with my stay here, room and sheets were clean. Everything was excellent, the room, service, cleanliness. The staff was friendly, helped you when you needed it. Everything about my experience was awesome. The bathroom was clean, tub was spotless no rings around tub, sheets clean white, nice setup in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area. No complaints!!!!

We normally stay in the suite at Best Western for 91 bucks a night, but they were booked up so we trusted the agent to get us a nice room. This was said to be the suite and it costed a total of 457 bucks for just 3 nights! It was such a horrible room and the prices was way over what this room should cost because it was miserable! We are a family of 6 and so space is important. When we walked in the room it was tiny with 3 full size beds crammed into the space, one of the beds were in an extra tiny room that had enough space to just walk around the bed. The kitchen area consisted of a mini fridge that was in with the bathroom sink. The bathroom was tiny with the smallest bathtub ever. The bathtub didn't even have a plug so you were stuck taking a shower even if you wanted a nice relaxing bath on your vacation. The hotel staff knew there were 6 in our family and would still only give us 2 tiny towels. Are we supposed to share them? We would go down for more towels and they never let us have more than 3 extra towels, which equals 5 in all, so yes, we had to share! We told them that we need 6 when they cleaned our room but yet they would still only give us 2. We had to constantly ask for soap because the bars that were left in our room, still in the wrapper, they would take them and not leave us new ones. The beds were painful and hard as arock. The continental breakfast was a joke. The condiments were not even individually packaged which even bugged my kids. All in all this hotel room was so over priced and was awful. We will not ever stay in this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone!

Very pleased with my stay here. The moment walking into the lobby till I checked out two days later; I was always met with a smile and warm hospitality. Every employee I came in contact with made me feel so welcomed. I arrived tired and stressed but when leaving I was relaxed, rested and incredibly thankful that I chose this hotel . My weekend was a success due to the wonderful staff of this hotel. Your hard work did not go unnoticed .

Nice affordable hotel with large rooms. You can walk to get something to eat and stretch your legs. McDonald's is next door. They allow dogs for a small fee. Bathroom was clean and the tubs are useable. The outside pool is open until 10. The first floor is easily accessible for those with disabilities.

Not the worse place to stay, but it will do. I wouldn't recommend going out of my way just to stay. Overall it's kinda clean on top of dirty. The staff was very friendly, and the check in area is clean. The room we were in just felt old and dirty. The TV was not clear, and the fridge was not up to par. The room was very spacious and had a pullout couch, but the mattress looked extremely rough and very discolored. Like I said, not the worst place I've ever been, but definitely worth the 2 star rating. We are all troupers and we will sleep and leave. :(

Got room upstairs cheaper than room downstairs. We stopped in town, decided to stay and pulled up room pricing. Got it quite a bit cheaper than advertised which we appreciated since it was already close to 10 p.m. Clean room. Took a while to cool room down cause air turned off upon arrival. Quite, never heard anything. Two things I didn't like. Old style TV that had a horrible picture. It was too big and bulky for cabinet it was in and it didn't exactly face the bed so when I went to turn it a little in the cabinet, the big bulky thing nearly fell out of the cabinet...I stopped it with my upper arm that ended up bruising pretty good. They need to spend a few bucks and invest in some flat screens.
