Our room was very dated and had stained carpet. Surfaces were clean though. Unfortunately smoking is allowed outside of the rooms and we had 2 heavy smokers next to us. We couldnt have the window or door open at any stage.

The ‘queen size’ bed was terrible. We found mattress very uncomfortable - it was hard and dipped far too much in the middle. The other thing that was disappointing were the towels - they were threading around the edges and need replacing.The room size was great, couch was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great.

I booked this accommodation via Expedia and it indicated a 3.5 star Hotel. Golden Grain Motor Inn definitely exceeds this rating and should be considered a 4-star or more. I together with my family , though just an overnight stay had a great experience with this Hotel .From the time of booking , till check out ( they also accommodated after hours check in for us, which was very convenient, to a very neat, clean and comfortable room including buddings and amenities , everything was superb. Thank you to the whole team , we are sure to return. To fellow travelers , do not give a second thought. This truly is a great accommodation.
