Older hotel but all class. It feels like stepping back in time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful like a park. Well maintained. And for the price seems like you are being treated to a special experience for not very much money.

What a magical place to stay. It's nice to listen to the waterfall, day and night. So relaxing. There is live music on the weekends. Beds are super comfy. I like the historical hotel, even the old-time elevator. All the artwork is old, a reminder of yester years. Staff is very nice. The grounds are well kept with resident ducks happily enjoying the river that runs through the property. Lovely place to stay. It's on my list of top places to run away for a weekend. The town of Hood River is nice to explore as well.
