Willa and victor are the best! The customer service was on point. We stayed for 4 nights. They had a mini fridge in the room, a microwave, ice and water in the hall. Only down side of the room was the firm bed for us older generation. We were able to get fresh towels frequently. The hotel is in a key street making it easy to get to destinations. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were small but nice to use. I would say they did get crowded often. No breakfast only free coffee. Yes the room was air conditioned.

10 minutes walk to the beach . What really pushed me off the amenities fees that I don’t get to experience . You will get cleaning service every second day , really ? You won’t have coffee machine in your room …! We get to use a swimming pool that is very tiny and it is between two building looking over huge walls with no access to sun. Amenity fees ? Really ?

The location was perfect to shopping centers, transportation and a few blocks walk from the beach. The front desk staff was marvelous, especially Pam and Ken! When I come to HNL next time, I'll definitely rebook with Waikiki Malia! The prices were great and the staff was courteous.
