The room was clean and well supplied. It is centrally located in Waikiki and an easy walk to the beach and many other attractions. On site secure parking for an extra fee worth it. On-site staff are very pleasant and helpful. The view is frequently the bus line out the lanai. But the 10th floor viewing deck for all staying in the building has a spectacular view of the beach, diamond head, and is a nice place for coffee or an evening drink. The biggest detractor of this room is it is the closest room to the bar on the second floor and the music plays fairly loudly until 2 AM nightly. They have supplied the room with ear plugs, and playing white noise/relaxation music were both pretty helpful. Overall, this room is a good value for the budget for its location. If you are going to use it just for rest and shower and be out and about on the island. Beach photo below is approximately one block outside the building.

The description of the property was incorrect. The description said parking was available. That is something I look for because of a handicap Wife. When I got there, it turns out that you had to pre-pay for your parking and all the prepaid parking was full, so I had to park across the street. Description also said There was Wi-Fi. It didn’t mention that it was only Wi-Fi in the lobby. There’s quiet hours between 10 o’clock and 8 AM but the only problem is our rumors right next to a bar. All the way to 2 AM we could hear people in the hallway and the thumping of the music. It was so bad that they knew it was bad because it included earplugs on top of the refrigerator a whole container of them. The air conditioner didn’t work very well even after the death person came in and played with it we had to have a fan in order to keep it somewhat comfortable. Description also says that it is newly remodeled. Must’ve been painted by an eight-year-old. The floor is all sloped to the walls. There is nothing good about this place. I would never recommend or suggest that anybody book here. I talked to him about getting my money back so I can find a place somewhere else and they wanted no part of it. I tried to call into VRBO and could not reach anybody just got stuck on hold.

The room was cleanish, the floors weren't the best. The room definitely showed it's age, except for the kitchenette and fridge. The window a/c was on the floor blowing against the bathroom door and the kitchen cabinet. So you really had to crank it up to get the room to cool down. My main complaint is for the noise. The room is on the second floor, and the doors to the patio are old. So ALL street noise, at all hours comes in. Also, the door to the room that leads to the hotel hallway is 20ft from a nightclub!!! Music pumping EVERY night we were there. This is not a place for a family to stay due to the noise. Maybe young adults. We didn't sleep at all the 3 nights we were there. Also the pool is in the parking lot, attached to the back of a burger joint. So don't swim unless you want to smell like burgers and fries.
