Starting the week of July 28, 2025, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building begins. Please be advised that balcony access for this unit will be restricted from approximately October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

The property was clean and as described. The check in process was seemless. The showers were the only small issue we had...couldnt get a consistent temperature and faucet knobs were extremely hard to turn.

Overall we had a fabulous stay. We have stayed in other units before at the Ilikai and love staying there... Pros: This unit is very spacious and property is in a great location. Excellent amenities downstairs and mgmt was quick to respond to our shower issue. Cons: This unit definitely needs a DEEP CLEAN and updates. It felt dingy and under maintained. (Sofa stains, clogged shower, dining table & chairs not wiped off and grungy floor... needs mopping) We were also notified just days before we arrived there would be NO WORKING DISHWASHER. All little things, but makes the first impression, meh. Had a serious shower drainage issue and mgmt was VERY QUICK to respond and fix it! Mahalo for that! Overall, we love the location, but this particular unit needs a little work.
