Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

The room wasn't cleaned the greatest. The sheets had stains on them. And the worst part was my headphones came up missing from the car that was being valet parked. The view was great though

The area around the property was really nice and the ground were beautiful. Loved the beach access and the location is easily walkable to parks and shopping. Really liked how easy it was to access the room with the digital code entry and simple self-check-in; it was nice not having to drag a room key around. Employees were very nice and helpful when our door code didn't work. Also, liked that there were beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler available for our use. Overall, it was a good experience, I only gave 3 stars because of the room itself. The cons - the room we were in very much needs a remodel job. The kitchen was very old and musty smelling. The bathroom shower was not very clean, and the floor tile was loose. The description said there was a dvd player which there was not. The balcony and glass wall with double sliding doors was really nice for the view and evenings, but it was very bright at 6am, not conducive to sleeping; the vertical blinds were old and some of the slats kept falling off; some light blocker curtains would have been nice. Also, we had to throw a sheet over the couch that was quite dirty. Still have a wonderful time, just wish the room would have been nicer.

Nice views. Good location. Kitchen is in desperate need of overhaul. It’s dark, small & dreary. The fridge is too big for the space and is covered in rust. The inside of the door has nothing to keep things on the shelf. Top of the fridge was filthy. Kitchen bin needs replaced . It doesn’t open properly. Slowest kettle in the world. 8minutes & 5 seconds to boil a full kettle. Yes , we tested it several times! The breakfast bar is useless …there’s no head space to sit there. The bathroom. Hair in the shower on arrival. Grout around the shower and toilet look dreadful. The bathroom flooring is a poor quality floating floor. It has warped and chipped and creaks & moves when u walk on it. Bathroom towel cupboard is hard to open and close. Ants! Sick of finding ants in my bed. They are tiny things. Don’t leave opened candy packets on the coffee table …they will appear from nowhere. Outdoor chairs are low and don’t offer much support. Hard to get out of. Drawers in the lounge need replaced. Falling apart. Hard to open . Oh and watch your head on the tv as u stand back up ! Balcony doors are hard to move. Blinds are also hard to use . They need replaced. Wood carvings need to be cleaned. Thick dust. Walls need a freshen up. Having peeked into several other rooms in our corridor, this place is the worst looking. I’d stay in the building again but not in this apartment. There is better out there.

The best thing about this place was the location, view, and convenience. Some units at Ilikai seem to be fully renovated, nicely decorated, and the door entrance outfitted with secure lock options, but not this particular unit. The strong smell of mold as we first entered was intense, but it dissipated after the ac had been on for a couple of hours. The sheets and towels hanging in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but we made use of the laundry equipment that is available for a fee on the same floor. The very old and smelly kitchen cabinets offered some basic kitchenware, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, etc. There were volumes of dried up spaghetti visible under the old stove burners, but we did not cook there. We mostly just used the fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Next time at Ilikai, we would try a different unit.

Perfect location & price
This property is even better than it looks online. Perfect for a couple on vacation who like to feel like they are in their own place without worrying about anyone entering the room while they are not there. Room was great, amenities were sufficiant for two for 8 days and the location was fantastic. Park at the Marina Garage and use the back walkway through The Grove ( Great Mai Tai's) for a short cut to the hotel. Perfect balcony view for Friday Night Fireworks! My one and only complaint is that the hallways and elevators have no A.C. so its HOT and Humid. Daves ice cream is delicious - a MUST TRY. Also you must check out San Paolo's Pizza and Wine in the same building as the Ilikai Marina parking. The 4 Cheese Brazillian pizza is to die for.

Great location
Stayed a week in this condo. Location couldn’t be better, close to everything from eating out to walking. The view is amazing, so neat to see the fireworks on Friday night directly from the balcony. The luau can be seen and heard from the balcony as well. The condo is stocked, bed and furniture is in good shape. The kitchen needs updating for sure. We didn’t cook other than putting sandwiches together or keeping drinks in the fridge. Overall happy with our stay.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous & did not disappoint! The Hilton Friday night fireworks are right there at the lagoon and you can sit and enjoy right on the balcony.
The unit could use some updating and some higher quality bedding. The AC unit is very loud, but we really didn’t spend much time in unit since we like the beach and go out to dinner. The price was right and the location is central to downtown. We walked every where.

Unit needs updating
This unit is in a beautiful hotel/resort with great amenities. The unit itself though is very disappointing. It has not been updated in several years; the kitchen cabinets are old and stick when opening, the towels are threadbare, there are no cushions for the wooden deck chairs and they are very uncomfortable to sit on, the wooden trim in the bathroom is peeling paint, along with the doorframe. We did not feel the unit was cleaned very well prior to our arrival as the air vent was covered in dust. Also, the soap/shampoo/lotion amenities they provide are terrible. They reminded me of something you get at a motel, not consistent with the caliber of hotel the room is associated with. The soap had no lather and when we requested a replacement, we were given different liquid soap within 24hrs but it too was of poor quality. I do not recommend staying here until the unit is updated.

Property was very nice and was in a great location. Great view of lagoon and ocean from balcony. Local contact was pleasant and quick to respond to a very minor issue (replacing toaster). The only item of note is that the listing said it was a king bed but was really a queen. Very comfortable room, and we would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schönes Appartement, liebevoll eingerichtetet
Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, ist allerdings nichts für Leute, die in Ruhe auf Balkon sitzen wollen.
Im Gebäude war es angenehm ruhig. Da der Balkon des Appartements in Richtung anderer Hotels steht, ist es zu jeder Zeit draußen laut.
Das Appartement selber ist liebevoll eingerichtetet und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche, besonders der Kühlschrank, sind schon älter.
