Great location and beautiful decor and design. Bathrooms need a good clean and rooms need to be ‘touched up’. Our room was tiny ...We could hardly fit our 3 suitcases in the room ( with a queen size bed) and we were told on check in that they had upgraded our room .... I would hate to have know how tiny the original room was ?

For two people they offered a double sized bed or two twin beds. Not sure why any hotel would offer a double sized bed. Who hears a double sized bed and thinks yes that's perfect? Well...ofcourse they want you to spend to spend more money to get a bigger bed ofcourse. Room and bathroom are kinda small. It was somewhat expected for hong kong. Everything else was fine. They had a smartphone with free data and calling on loan in the room. Would I stay here again? Unlikely. There wasn't anything wrong with my stay but I wasn't pleasantly surprised at any point either. I had stayed one night at another hotel in Hong Kong and I wished I had booked the additional nights at the other hotel.

Centrally located in TST with nearby access to MTR. Great dinning and bars all around, very lively area. Hotel has that European charm (unlike sterile environment of many hotels) and detail that gets noticed. Our room was comfortable and had similar charm. Recommend breakfast buffet, good selection. Lobby staff attentive and helpful. Stayed 4 days.

The rooms are nice, the facilities are well maintained. The buffet restaurant has a great breakfast and good lunch and dinner menu. I have been here a few times and find the internet connectivity pretty dodgy, and guests are often down in the lobby working because it doesn't work well in the rooms, or worse kind of works and makes you keep trying. If you can live without great internet it's quite good.

The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. the location is great, close to the MRT, the Airport express shuttle stops just out side, places for eating drinking shopping and sightseeing as all within short walking distance, just great and recommendable

Excellent breakfast buffett. Easy access to HK MTR. Very comfortable mattress, super shower facilities. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended to business or leisure travellers.

The staff is good, they are very helpful. They did switch me to a smaller room with a smaller TV because of construction, but otherwise my stay was very pleasant. No pool and a very small gym if these things are important to you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Luxe Manor hotel. It is the perfect location close to the subway, shopping, & restaurants on the Kowloon side. The hotel is convenient and it provides an excellent breakfast buffet to patrons.

Just for a day but was very happy with the hotel and staff.

I stayed at the Luxe Manor twice in August. Both visits were pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was great and professional. I must mention Ashley from reception was a fantastic help in assisting me with my questions, needs, and requests.

Comfortable. Great location. No problems..........................................................................................................

I STAYED IN THIS GREAT LOCATED AND DESIGNED HOTEL, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE, SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH, IT WAS EASY TO CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT, THE BAR DESIGN IS GREAT, THE LIVE MUSIC TOO, IT IS VERY CLOSE ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED TO DO IN HKG, I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL, IN MY 15 YEARS TRAVELING TO HKG, I CAN REALLY TELL YOU THIS IS A HOTEL YOU REALLY HAVE TO STAY IN. THEY EVEN PROVIDE A DEVICE FREE OF CHARGE SO YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE INTERNET VIA WIFI IN HKG AREA..... THIS IS AMAZING....

Honestly one of the best 'value for money' hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect. The hotel room had excellent amenities. The food (breakfast) was terrific. And the price was very reasonable. I read a lot about tiny Hong Kong rooms and even there it was more than large enough. Highly recommended.

The Luxe Manor is by far the best value in Tsim Tsa Tsui(Kowloon-tourist shopping area). Easy walk to MTR and free shuttle bus to airport express outside hotel every 20 minutes. Room is small, but that is common in HK. Free breakfast buffet is very good and they provide free smart phone as well(super helpful for tour guidance and of course calls both local and internationalall no extra charge). Hotel dining is very expensive, so many better and less expensive options in the area. The gym is really very small and only valid for cardio on the treadmill. The staff is excellent, so polite, helpful and professional. I've stayed here twice already and after 30 years of traveling to HK, this is by far my favorite hotel.

Having been to HK many times over the past 25 years, The Luxe Manor is by far the best experience and value in Tsim Tsa Tsui area. Super easy walk to MTR transportation and all shopping, restaurants. Free buffet breakfast is pretty good, not fancy but decent food choices. Beds and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever had, wanted to take them home, ha ha. Bathroom is very comfortable too. Staff is super helpful for any tourist needs, bookings, etc. Easy access via shuttle bus from airtrain transport hub. Highly, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Luxe Manor. The hotel is a unique and pleasant boutique hotel in Kowloon, close to park, metro, shopping, and Knutsford Terrace. Room was small but comfortable, but nothing too great. Hotel has a small but functional gym, a jazz bar, and fairly good restaurant serving wonderful breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful too. An added bonus was use of a smart phone which allows tethering to other devices.

This hotel gets you a feeling of being an extra in Chunking Express (the famous movie by Wong Kar Wai) just stepping out and then you'll by in one of the most crowded and diverse places in the planet. Staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Everything famous in Koowlon is close by, be it Mong Kok, the avenue of starts (with Bruce Lee), the China ferry terminal and places with all kinds of wonderful food. So, a good place to stay in the amazing city of Hong Kong.

Novel, beautiful and a great value! Beds are very comfortable, room feels like home with fantastic style. Having a local cell phone was a nice benefit. Breakfast was great. This has become my hotel of choice when visiting Hong Kong.

This hotel was a great find in HK. Rooms although a bit small were really comfortable, the bed and pillow the best I've ever slept on. The breakfast buffet provided with the room is fine, nothing special, but you don't go to HK to eat in the hotel. They provide a smart phone for local and international calls at no extra charge. Excellent location to all shopping and transportation. Very friendly staff, especially the concierge super helpful.

Hidden away from the main drag of Nathan road sits this wonderful hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical HK style. Breakfast buffett is ok, nothing special, but you don't go to HK to eat at the hotel. Beds and pillow are super comfortable, wish I could take them home, along with the shower. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very short walk to MTR and shopping. Easy access from airport via express train and shuttle bus. A real find.
