Small but useful. Added benefit is the shuttle service they provide. Convenient location

convenient to access downtown and airport by Shuttle Bus.

Good price and good service. Give us earlier check in, late check out and a free breakfast. Perfect!

The Dorsett Mongkok is a short walk to the Olympic station, near many restaurants and shoppes. The Hotel neighbourhood has a real HonkKong feel. There is a Ladies Market very handy and Temple street for shopping. The breakfast buffet is a good buffet and only topped by the buffets of 5 star hotels.

I have traveld to HK many times and stayed at various locations and accommodation types. Dorsett Mongkok is a combination of all the best attributes that make for a fantastic hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is terrible even though it is quite close to the Metro, MTR. The lobby is quite spacious and well air-conditioned. Staffs are friendly. The rooms are very small but the beds are comfortable. The decor and size of the room is somewhat like the Kowloon Hotel managed by the Peninsula Group. We checked in with the "executive room" with privilege to use the "executive floor" lounge. The hotel turned a suit into the executive lounge as it is on the First level. Something basic better than none.

Small rooms, not that close to mrt, and chinese name and address is hard to say to cab drivers. Airport express stop on bus was nice for in-city check-in. Hourly shuttle is sometimes full during rush hour, but otherwise a nice touch.

It was our third visit to Hong Kong, this time for our honeymoon. The hotel is very nice, modern style and very clean. The room was relatively spacious and the hotel stuff were really helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel in our next trip to Hong Kong.

The room is very small, 2 peoples are very hard to get around each other, no place for moving from one side of room to the other side, I only suggest you stay by yourself, the washroom is compact, no place to put any personal things on the table,

Too small no space to move, separation of the toilet is with glass is awfull

The room which I stay is small, hotel staff and service are good.

Room was great. Staff very helpful. Great location. Free shuttle to different districts. Airport shuttle to Kowloon Station while airlines had check in gates.

Ming Kok is a bit away from Kowloon and Hong Kong but that's to be expected at this price. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff give good service. The rooms are small but that is fairy standard in Hong Kong

helpful staff. good connectivity with bus and subway. smartphone provided is very helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights and was pretty satisfy with the hotel, fast check in and great consumer service, the room is a bit small but enough space for two. received an complimentary Smartphone with 500 minutes and unlimited data for us to use during our stay. At least in our room, the bathroom area need some remodeling, I see paints peeling off the wall, the glass door does not close completely. The thing that bother me the most is that the hotel staff does not change our bed-sheet and never leave any new / our used slippers, have to call front desk 3 times in 4 nights. Location is convenient, lots of restaurants and supermarkets, close to MTR and bus stop. most shopping attractions are within walking distance.

Hotel gives you a handy cell phone which is fantastic to use for internet and tethering so that we don't have to purchase a SIM card. Location was great - short walking distance to the subway, so very convenient. We contemplated waiting for the shuttle a couple of times, but i think it ended up being faster just to walk! Overall good stay!

The hotel was clean, but had very small rooms. In retrospect I would have been better booking something closer to the airport, as it was kind of a pain to get there for one night stay. Overall good.

Good hotel to be in HongKong, near to the main places of the City and good free transport. Small rooms.

Very unpleasant experience Language issues, staff rude
