Overall, our stay was comfortable with a nice cozy feel to the room. The heating system was excellent and kept us warm throughout our visit. However, there were a few drawbacks. The window shades were non existent in the living area, which made it hard to control the light in the room. There was no privacy and it made everyone feel uncomfortable, especially for some photosentive folks prone to migraines. The hot tub, while enjoyable, had a strong chlorine smell that lingered on our skin even after showering.Given the price point, I expected a better coffee experience. The coffee machine provided was subpar, and there was no coffee available at all. Weirdly enough, there were two broken coffee machines in the cupboard. While I don't expect a luxurious welcome basket, basic amenities like coffee should be included. The washer worked great but that drier was soo loud due to the motor being of its mount & the rattling became so prominent as to make watching tv unbearable. We exhausted our supply of toilet paper and paper towels, despite using them judiciously, which is entirely unacceptable. These minor issues slightly detracted from what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Thank you.
