Well designed and great for families

Plenty of room for a couple, three kids, and grand parents. Hosts easy to communicate with, good check in instructions, and allowed early check-in after cleaning crew had finished. Large inside table, another on the front porch, and additional seating on lower patio. Good assortment of kitchen supplies for meal prep including sharp knives, platters, bowls, pots/pans, grill tools, etc. Dozens of board games, puzzles, etc. and even books/toys for younger kids. Table tennis table, foosball, and skee ball if you need a break from the sun or a rainy day. Multiple living/TV watching areas (upper living room, lower game room, and separate lower level enclosed room that could be a separate sleeping area). A wagon is provided for hauling gear to the beach, along with six beach chairs, an umbrella, and a canopy (fair condition, but served the purpose). We spent a lot of time sitting around the built in table in the pool or in the hammock. Plenty of shade in the back yard, and two fans provide some breeze. Five minutes easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great house for two families!

The house was everything we needed for two families. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with plenty of additional space. The outdoor/pool area was perfect along with plenty of toys and activities for kids of all ages. Short distance to the beach. This is our favorite home of the ones we have stayed at in Anna Maria Island. Would definitely come back!

Perfect in every way.

We have come to Ann Marie Island 4+ times per year for over 5 years and this property was by far our favorite. From cozy conversations on the amazing front porch, to the beautify decorated home, gourmet kitchen, and spa like pool it is the ideal setting for romantic getaways and families. The beautiful sandy beach is a short walk but should it rain, the home is filled games that you or your family can play for hours. We had a wonderful time!
