The short stoop entry and exit to the sound front makes this house a great choice for families with members that have difficulty with stairs. The authentic hardwood floors throughout this home provide a welcoming and warm atmosphere while the scenic Topsail Sound and marsh views across the waterway invite you to slow down to Topsail Island time. Just beyond the backyard is your own swimming pool of sorts – the sound is ideal for swimming without the worry of waves and undertow and a fantastic location for kayaking. Two blocks over from the beach and three blocks south of downtown Topsail Beach’s family-friendly shops and restaurants, revel in the rustic cottage-inspired decor or sit out on the sound side screened porch to enjoy your sound front landscape at this country cabin on the waterway.
