Welcome to Salty Beaches! Our beautiful 2nd row townhome, conveniently located in Surf City, about a mile from the Surf City Ocean Pier shops, IGA store and restaurants. Listen to the sound of crashing waves while you relax and enjoy the view of the ocean from our two large decks. Be on the beach in under a minute on the boardwalk directly across the quiet street. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place.
Please note that, as is customary in Surf City/Topsail, we do not provide linens (towels/sheets) with our bookings. Guests must book linen rentals through separate local linen rental companies. This is an easy process and our confirmation email sent immediately after booking provides links and contacts for linen rental companies. Rental companies will deliver their linens to our home on your day of check in so they are fresh for your arrival. Est. $100-200/week for linen rentals depending on size of party.

Great stay
We had a great time at Topsail Island. The property was clean, well equipped, and only a short walk to the beach. Great communication by the host. Would definitely stay again.
