Great Location

We had a great stay! Great location, walkable to everything. Plenty of room and privacy for large group. Beautiful views. Property management was great and very responsive.

Thanksgiving

Great place for five couples (and our dogs). It has five bedrooms with at least queen beds (plus another for kids). Very convenient to groceries and overflow parking (free during non-peak months) next door.

Got lucky with weather in the off season

Location is great. Close to shops. We had weather in the 70’s at the end of November. Perfect weather without the crowds. Bottom bedroom in the basement could use a dehumidifer was kind of musty. I would def stay there again!

Great Surf City House

Great location near Surf City. The accommodations worked well for my group of friends. Plenty of space and nice we didn't have to share bathrooms. Some minor issues but nothing that wasn't easily overcome. Being on the beach was very nice and convenient. The beach equipment that was provided and other's that were delivered worked well for us. The deck space was nice and big to accommodate all my group to be able to hang out there at all hours.

Nice location and beach access!

It was a great location! The view of the beach and sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The beds could use new mattresses. The inside could use a paint job in the hall ways. We had soo much room in the living room, dining room and kitchen! Over all it was a great family vacation.

GREAT week at the beach!

This is a great property - right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and the Bridge. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids (under 4!!) We will be back!

Nice place, excellent location

Place was very nice and description was spot on. The location is excellent as you can walk to many restaurants, liquor store and the local IGA grocery store. As mentioned, there is no elevator, so make sure to pack a couple smaller bags instead of one big one!

Granddaughter Wedding at Topsail

We have rented a property on Topsail over 10 years. Sparrow's Beach Nest was by far the best property we have ever rented. We had a group of 14 relatives and friends coming for my granddaughter's wedding. The 6 bedrooms worked out perfectly. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Access to the beach was perfect, right in front of the house.

Nice location, plenty of room, property needs some attention. This was our 2nd stay and we noticed the decline in maintenance. Chairs falling apart, noticeable wood rot around doors/windows. Cleaning could have been more thorough.

Perfect location for family to stay together right on the beach and close to restaurants. Bikes and beach chairs provided. We were good but property does have a lot of stairs so need to take that into consideration. Rental company was great to work with.

Cleanliness of house

The house was in ok condition. But the trash can was full in the kitchen, the freezer had stuff spilled in it. The coffee maker had not been emptied and the shower curtain downstairs had mold on it. Just for the price I paid, I expected better.

Property nice but listing is outdated. Color of house different, no Keurig that we saw, coffee pot needs replaced, at least one shower curtain mildewed - and we were given a wrong access code. Considering the off season and the above, felt the pricing was too high

Perfect house for large group. Well stocked, great management team, super location. Sleeps 12 at most with comfort (2 in all beds except twin and double bunk). DO NOT RENT IF YOU ARE NOT A STAIR CLIMBER!

Wonderful house that caters to an adult family with a small children. King bedrooms to set a great environment, kids room, beautifully equipped, access to beach is short and easy. Loved this house. It just needs more forks and an elevator!!! Thats all! 🥰

Perfect location. So easy!

Family group ages 9 months to 75 enjoyed this clean perfectly located home. Close enough to pier to enjoy walkable coffee & restaurants but far enough away so activity didn't spill over onto the beach out front. Management company was fantastic responding to texts within minutes. Home exactly as pictured. Would definitely rent again!

Great getaway

House was very clean. Great location and views. The access to the beach was awesome for kids to go down and play in the waves while we sat on deck and watched them. Walking distance to many restaurants was great. Thanks cor a great getaway!
